Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. "

"The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows.

"Beautiful hotel in wooded setting. We stayed in the courtyard room outside of main hotel. Very quiet. We added breakfast which was very nice & convenient in the lovely dining room. Only issue was the bed comfort. There were “straps” joining the mattress to make it a larger size but no mattress cover which was quite uncomfortable. Our request for a mattress cover & top sheet be added was done before bed. Duvets are nice but very warm so top sheet was perfect."
