It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a spacious living-dining room, an open kitchen with utility room, two large terraces and a private garden.
The kitchen, with a long bar and stools, is fully equipped with microwave, oven, flexible induction hob, a large Blanco sink, two-door American fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, smoothie blender, etc. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, storage shelves and a cordless vacuum cleaner.
The living room features a comfortable six-seater sofa, two comfortable swivel armchairs, two coffee tables and a large Q-LED 4K flat-screen TV with multilingual programs.
