Floor Top - Sea and Mountain View

The apartment is only a 10 min walk to the beach, part of a private condominium, 24h receptionist, private parking and swimming pool.
Since August 6th it has been completely renovated (floor, walls, bathroom tiles, doors, taps, lavatories, toilets, bathtubs, pipes, electricity system, floor tiles).
There are many shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique shops, all within a walking distance.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with comfortable sofa which has 2 individual beds, and a balcony with fantastic sea / mountain view.
The kitchen has a modern oven, electric hob, microwave oven, a fridge with freeze and exhaust fan.
The apartment has 2 modern bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe with mirror doors.

The beach is 100 steps down from the apartment, full with water-sports activities, cafes and restaurants as well as the Sea-Life Aquarium.
Rated amongst the best in the world, is the Benalmadena Puerto Marina, one of the Costa del Sol's busiest centers by day and night. For the energetic, the nightlife carries on in sophisticated bars and clubs.

If you want to visit nearby locations, there is Torremolinos (only 5km), the vibrant city of Malaga (20km) and Marbella (40km).

El apartamento en general bastante bien si te quieres escapar unos días a Benalmádena con tu pareja es estupendo, el personal muy agradable y atento todo en condiciones.

Siisti asunto, meni 1,5 vrk saada se viileäksi, ja tämänkin jälkeen keittiössä oli joku ongelma ja se hohkasi kuumuutta kuin olisi ollut uuni ja lattialämmitys täysillä, lämpötila siellä noin 50celsius.Pedit hyvät, 1 mh ja 1 levitettävä sohva olohuoneessa. Kalusteita tilassa liikaa ja koko ajan joku kolhi itseään niihin sekä vetimiin.Voisin kuitenkin majoittua uudestaan mutta en maksaisi siitä enempää koska sijainti aika kaukana kaikesta, meillä oli auto, ei autopaikkoja.Allasalue kiva mutta tuolit maksulliset.

El piso está bien PERO..

El piso está bien pero al llegar el portero de recepción no nos daba las llaves porque decía que el propietario no se lo había comunicado, si tienes una emergencia el propietario tarda mucho en contestar los mensajes, además me escribió a las 00 para ver a qué hora me marchaba recalcando que por supuesto a las 11 tenía que estar fuera y lo más importante para mí por lo cual cuento mi experiencia es que nos quedamos sin agua DOS DÍAS durante unos dos horas cada día por una avería del edificio.. la cuál nos comenta un vecino que pasa cada dos por tres desde hace mucho tiempo.. obviamente al volver de la playa no pudimos ni ducharnos, ni hacer cena y bañar al bebé con botellas de agua.. un desastre vamos

Flight Delay

Our flight was delayed a couple of hours so we arrived early hours in the morning. Joao was extremely helpful and accommodating even when we were a bit lost at 2am!! This gorgeous apartment is in an excellent location, with fantastic views. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay, truly recommend 5*

João was a great host, always very friendly and quick to respond to any queries. As for the apartment, it has been completely refurbished and with excellent decoration. Appliances are modern. Being an apartment on the top floor, it has an incredible views for the mountains and it is also possible to see the sea. Excellent Smart TV with a large size, great for watching my Netflix movies and series. The internet is quite fast, a very important factor for me as I work from home and I make a lot of video calls. The location is great close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes. I will definitely come back to spend more time!

Everything you need in a holiday home

Nice apartment, wonderful views to the mountains, clean and well-equipped. No problems to communicate with the owner. We stayed in this apartment for 8 weeks (October-November). Sound insulation of the walls and the front door could be better.

Comfortable stay in the middle of Benalmádena

We spent three weeks in Joao’s apartment in August 2022 and were super satisfied with everything. The apartment is localised central in Benalmádena with walking distance to the beach, supermarket and train station, as well as to numerous restaurants. The apartment was clean and modern, and the TV was new with the Netflix app on it. João was very welcoming and gave the best service whenever we had any questions. He also gave us some good advices on restaurants and places to go. Recommend 10/10!

Very dissapointed

It took me a while to write this review hoping the owner would get back to me after several attempts in trying to contact him. My family and I are very disappointed in the owner. We had many issues with the apartment, some were never fixed during our stay and the owner never compensated us for it. -Internet and air conditioning were not working when we arrived. The internet was finally fixed but it took 3 days before he called someone to repair the air conditioner. It was over 35 degrees outside so we didn't sleep for 3 nights. -One of the toilets was leaking, we had to be available when the plumber came only to tell us it had to be replaced and couldn't be used during our entire stay. -We were told that we had parking which was not the case. We had to find on the street. -There was no soap for dishes, laundry or in the bathrooms. -Only 4 towels were provided for a family of 4. We spent so much time during our stay trying to contact the owner who would take hours to respond and as mentioned did not resolve all our issues. -We asked for compensation and he ghosted us and did not respond to our messages. I do not recommend this location.

Lovely Apartment in the heart of Benalmedena

The property is located in the heart of Benalmedena conveniently located close to the train station with lots of amenities close by and within walking distance of the beach.

Perfect location

The Good This apartment was perfect with 2 immaculate bathrooms. A small but lovely balcony area with amazing views - totally perfect for our weeks visit The owner was very good at communicating with us and gave us tips to help us enjoy our stay Location is amazing with plenty bars locally. The supermarket was just round the corner and there’s a lovely bakery just at the side exit It’s only a 10 min walk down what the locals refer to as cardiac hill - an Uber back from the marina is only about 3 euros The pool area was clean and well looked after You need to get a pool pass from reception to gain entry The bad Well it’s not bad as we didn’t mind at all but there’s a 3 euro charge per day for a sun lounger by the pool - meant there were plenty to choose from :-) The ugly Absolutely nothing..... We only had good things to say about our stay in this apartment and the owner was great

Semana de verano

El piso está en muy buenas condiciones, está en la planta número 11 y aunque está alejado de la playa, puede verse el mar desde el mismo aunque se tarda unos 10-15 minutos a la misma. Está perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario además de que, el propietario te dispone de sábanas y toallas. El piso cuenta además con recepción 24h y una gran piscina comunitaria. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido muy buena y ha estado pendiente en todo momento de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. Por lo que podemos recomendar el apartamento para quien le pueda interesar.

Amazing new apartment!

Amazing new apartment! With two bathooms, huge bedroom, with amazing huge bed, balcony where u can see the beach and mountains, Livingroom with big smarttv, fast internet and a washingmachine on topfloor 11floor, the House looks like a 5star hotel! Recomend this to evrybod, and i will be back :)

Insatisfait

Trop éloigné du bord de mer . Terrasse exiguë , sans intimité , donnant sur grand immeuble . 11è étage , non précisé sur annonce . Pas de cafetière ( prévue dans annonce), pas de grille pain, pas de sèche cheveux . Deux tiroirs de la cuisine remplis d'outillage, donc inutilisables . Odeur de peinture insupportale surtout la nuit ,suite à rénovation .
