Quiet condos perched above the river. Easy access to town. This studio is compact but impeccably cared for, a nice home base while visiting.

The bed was super cozy, the water pressure was amazing, towels were large and fluffy, the space had every convince we needed: mini fridge, microwave, toaster, glasses, utensils & coffeemaker. It was easy to get an Uber. Walkable to the delicious pancake house. We didn’t use the pool, but it was clean and gorgeous. Would absolutely stay again. Close enough to everything Bend has to offer, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. I rested here. Exactly what I needed.

We had only 1 criteria for booking a stay which was it had to gave a pool and hot tub. We were in Bend to ride bikes. Post ride hot tub was a priority. When we get there the pool hot tube area was gated and required a pass key. The host provided no pass key. When confronted the host gave me a song and dance then suggested I flag someone inside the area to open the gate.We paid for a hot tub, we shouldnt have to act like dirtbag ski bums poaching a hot tub. Additionally the towels smelled rancid and the guy next door ( apparently an owner) tried to stare me down menacingly like i was some kind of criminal. Other than that the place was ok.

No chairs, no table. Where to drink coffee?! Weak WiFi, unable to use. non functioning TV, knives but no cutting board, no screen on one window, bad pillows, cheap bedding, thinnest toilet paper, no bathmat, slippery tub, no ice, disappointing on every level. Owners do not care about convenience or comfort. Fail. Waste of my money. Ended up hanging out at our empty house we were moving out of. That was better than this place. Hosts should try to exceed expectations. If this isn’t the attitude, don’t list it for rental. Terrible experience.
