From the moment you step inside, rich natural textures of stone, wood, copper, and marble create a warm and welcoming mountain atmosphere. Thoughtfully arranged living spaces invite everyone to come together, while seven comfortable bedrooms provide peaceful places to retreat at the end of the day.

The spacious main living room is anchored by a striking stone fireplace, creating an inviting place to gather after a day of exploring Central Oregon. Settle into the comfortable furnishings, enjoy a favorite movie on the impressive 75-inch TV, or simply relax and share stories from the day's adventures.

The beautifully appointed kitchen is designed with group gatherings in mind. Modern appliances, a gas stovetop, and a distinctive copper sink combine style and functionality, making everything from leisurely breakfasts to elaborate holiday dinners a pleasure. The dining table expands to accommodate up to 12 guests, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar, offering plenty of room to gather, share meals, and enjoy time together.

Just beyond the kitchen, the bright and inviting sunroom adds another wonderful gathering space. With a pool table and foosball table, this entertaining retreat is perfect for friendly competition, afternoon games, and evenings filled with laughter.

On the main level, Bedroom One features a king bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. Bedroom Two offers two full beds and a TV with PlayStation 3, making it a comfortable retreat for younger guests or families. A full Jack-and-Jill bathroom is located across the hall, with convenient access through the adjoining laundry area to the kitchen.

Upstairs, Bedroom Three features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Four also offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while Bedroom Five provides a third upstairs king bed with its own private bathroom. Bedroom Six features a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Seven includes a queen bed and a triple bunk bed, along with an attached bathroom, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement for families traveling with children.

At the top of the wooden staircase, a cozy loft provides an additional place to relax. Curl up with a favorite book, settle onto the sofa, or enjoy a quiet moment away from the main gathering spaces.

After a day of Sunriver adventures, return home and sink into the oversized private hot tub, with seating for eight guests. Nine adult cruiser-style bikes are provided, making it easy to explore Sunriver's extensive network of paved pathways. With year-round recreation close at hand, every season brings something special. Summer days invite river floats, fishing adventures, and horseback riding, while winter offers skiing at Mt. Bachelor, snowshoeing, and cozy evenings gathered around the fireplace.

This home is also dog-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs. No other pets are permitted, and applicable pet fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
