This classic bungalow is shaded by trees and has a window A/C unit plus central fan for summer cooling. Central heat keeps you warm on chilly nights.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Sleeps up to 6; just make sure you are comfortable sharing the 1 bathroom. There is 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. A Pack & Play crib is available as well (bring your own baby sheets). You'll also find extra blankets to keep you cozy!

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The eat-in kitchen has a table for 6. The outdoor patio table also seats 6 and includes a propane BBQ. A high chair is provided.

Outside, there's a spacious landscaped yard with blooming trees. The private salt water hot tub is perfect for year-round soaks (whisper after 10 PM). Enjoy BBQs on the sunny patio. A locked shed for gear storage has bikes and helmets (bring your own helmet). No smoking.
