Excellent property in a great location

The property is beautiful and located in a prime location of Bend, Oregon. The Property Management company has an easy check-in and checkout process. The communication was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing spot

This home is well located on a quiet street near downtown Bend. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to bake and cook our own meals. Nice layout and great sized rooms.

Nice house!

House was clean and orderly. Everything was easy to find. Driveway parking is very tight for full size vehicles like a 4wd pickup. Great for small dogs that don't need much yard.

Wonderful Bend house near mountain and in town

This was a great house. We had 4 adults and 2 infants and felt very comfortable. There are three full bedrooms upstairs (including the master). We put one baby in the giant walk in closet and the other in a bedroom. Downstairs is an office/bedroom with doors that close and a foldout couch so one adult stayed there. So it really felt like 4 full bedrooms.The house had all the necessary amenities and was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The driveway is very tight but our Tahoe made it in so most cars would do fine. Highly suggest!

Great fun in Bend!

The house was perfect for our overflow of family coming into town for my brother's surprise party! Everyone loved it and we used the kitchen for some great cooking for the group (the party was at my brother's house down the street) PLenty of towels & utensils and the house was super clean! Beds very comfy and living area very spacious. wifi was really good too. Simple instructions and easy to use lock. Thanks for a great stay!!

Stunning & Comfortable

This is an absolutely beautiful home very well done super clean. All the beds are comfortable. They pretty much supplied everything that we needed. We loved the big table so we could all sit around and have family dinners. We enjoyed the boardgames. The only issue we had was the TV- our shows kept stopping so we could never fully watch it and we were thinking it had to do with the connectivity. We did not reach out to anybody and just decided to watch on our laptop.

Thanksgiving In Bend!

Hillside Haven was ideal for our Thanksgiving family meet-up. It had plenty of space, was well equipped and was in great proximity to the attraction we wanted to visit in Bend. The beds were very comfortable too! There was plenty of hot water also! A few minor things to report: The pull-out grey bed would not support the mattress. When pulled out, the cushion would continuously collapse into the frame. The garbage had not previously been taken out for collection, so we barely packed everything in before we left. The "panel" at the base of the dishwasher was detached and could not be fastened to stay on. We had a GREAT time and were very glad we stayed at Hillside Haven!!

Great stay, difficult parking

The house is just as represented. Very clean, well appointed. It worked great for my wife and I to visit Bend and work from the house. Location is good if you have a vehicle. The host company makes check in easy, was available if needed and obviously takes great care of the property. The only issue is parking. You cannot park on the street and the driveway is narrow and tricky to get into with a bigger vehicle. There is a garage but the way it is positioned, it is not accessible for a larger SUV or truck. Probably only useful for a sedan. I'd definitely stay here again but warn some one that is driving a bigger vehicle.

Great place for a larger group! (7 of us)

We had a great stay. There were 7 of us; we all fit in very comfortably. The office worked out as an additional bedroom quite well. Good location, close to the wedding venue we were there for. Quiet. Now for the things we noticed:1. The garage is behind the house, down a VERY narrow driveway. We ended up parking on the street, across from the house.2. Shortage of hand towels for the bathrooms. There should be 2 hand towels for each bathroom basin, making a total of 8 towels. (We asked for more towels, and they were delivered quickly.)3. No hooks for clothes/towels in the bathrooms. (There were towel bars, but no hooks.)4. No food storage containers in the kitchen for left-overs.5. Shortage of food prep and serving bowls in the kitchen.6. The upstairs shared bathroom had a clogged bath drain. (It was fixed after calling in.)The things above were fairly minor, and all-in-all we were pleased with the experience.
