Nicely appointment, 3 BR, 2.5 BA - Air Conditioning.

This comfortable, nicely appointed, family friendly two story, 1812 square foot home features a reverse living floor plan. This house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and is located in the tranquil north end of Sunriver on a cul-de-sac with 10 private homes. This home was once featured in Sunriver's 'Showcase of Homes'. There are views of mature ponderosa pine trees from every window. The kitchen, dinning area, living room, half bath and master bedroom are located on the second floor. The kitchen, dining and living rooms' open floor plan and vaulted ceiling provides a great setting for the whole family to be together.

The master bedroom has a comfortable California King bed with memory foam top and its own en-suite bath with an oversize jetted Jacuzzi Roman style bathtub.

The dining and living room have excellent views on the wooded cul-de-sac in front of the house which is ideal for keeping a eye on your children riding bicycles around the circle or playing in the snow.

The kitchen has a built-in microwave and convection oven. If you enjoy cooking you will appreciate the ample, quality cookware.

There is a 240 square foot deck which can be accessed through French doors from the master bedroom or dining area. There are tables and chairs on the deck for summertime dining and a propane grill for BBQ.

New and comfortable upholstered furniture is in the great room for your relaxation. A 32' HDTV, DVD player, an assortment of DVD's and cable TV are in the great room for your entertainment. A wood burning stove with glass doors is an enjoyable treat after a day of playing in the snow.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms. The first has one twin bed and extra long twin over one queen, a 27' HDTV, DVD player, and a Play Station 2 gaming console with a variety of games. A second downstairs bedroom features a queen bed with memory foam top, and a private entry through French doors leading to the lower paver deck.

Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Wonderful house, special memories

We love staying at this house. The neighborhood is so peaceful and the house feels like home to us, especially since we have been coming for eight years. We love everything about the house and always look forward to spending Spring Break here. Eric is a wonderful host and very kind.

Great location! The house was clean and comfortable but it could benefit with a restocking of basic supplies. Nothing major, just lots of little things— non stick skillets need to be replaced, ice trays are cracked, bathrooms out of soap, there were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases, and we couldn’t find extra blankets to place on the kids beds at night, etc.

Great house in quiet cul-de-sac in Sunriver

We spent a relaxing week here enjoying Sunriver - exploring the outdoors and all the area has to offer. Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, BBQ worked well, beds were comfortable and really nice to have the use of all the bikes.

Lovely home in Sunriver

We had a wonderful time for our first annual Girls Weekend! Lovely home in the "woods" with lots of nice windows and comfortable beds and living/dining areas. Very nice. Would come here again.

We loved our stay. Great home. Used the bikes with the kids. Played with the board games. Video games. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Thank you so much it was great. We will be back. Hopefully in the summer.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Everything -- and more -- that we might have needed was there. Nice sized kitchen with well organized, up-to-date equipment, comfy beds, including one with a double and bunk bed. There were quite a number of bikes available to ride, plus pool passes. Quiet. We strongly recommend it!

Perfect getaway

Our family and friends do a trip each year to Sunriver to enjoy all Sunriver and Bend have to offer. This is by far one of our favorite houses we have stayed out. The layout of the house worked great for our group and provided privacy. I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the ability to have everyone in one room when eating or just relaxing. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you again for such a wonderful and welcoming place to stay.

Sunriver Favorite

We come to sunriver every year and this is my new favorite. It was the perfect set up for my family of 5 to stay downstairs with in-law upstairs. We cooked meals in and kitchen had everything we needed. The Sharc passed were a hit. Tons of bikes and helmets in the garage. Would absolutely book again!

Home was vary well stocked and met all our needs. We really appreciated the kids books and toys for our toddler. We used the bikes and trailer to get around Sunriver. The dishwasher unexpectedly broke during our stay and the owners came out the next day to replace the whole thing! Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

Absolutely loved this place. The kitchen was the best we’ve been to. It had everything we needed, the quality of things are excellent. This was the first kid friendly place we were comfortable letting the kids play with the toys. The paths are not crowded in this part of Sunriver. It’s a 2.7 mile bike ride to SHARC. The kids had no problem doing it. The house is clean, well maintained, had everything we needed, and exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have to interact with the property manager because all information was provided up front and was very clear.

Family Friendly

Terrific property that we rented for a family reunion! Our family had rented multiple houses in close proximity to each other. All were within walking distance of each other. This home was perfect for us. Well supplied with kitchen ware & a nice selection of spices. We were glad that plenty of baby gear was supplied! Baby gate , high chair, pack n play & children's dishware. Having Sharc passes included was a real bonus! Multiple bikes in all sizes were available for use. We were also glad that this home was air conditioned. It was quite hot during our visit. Eric was very responsive to any question we had, always answering promptly. Thank you Eric, we loved your home!

Perfect home!

The property is exactly as it is described here on vrbo. The kitchen/family room is larger and more spacious than anticipated. The home is extremely clean, beds were SO comfortable! I slept 9.5-10 hrs 2 of the 4 nights we were there. Very unusual for me! Oh, and the kitchen is fully stocked. Spices, pots & pans, etc. It made cooking really easy! Location was great! Quiet neighborhood and close to the SHARC center and village. The host is very accommodating, communicative and professional. We have family up here, so when we come up again, we will book here again. Eric, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with my family. We appreciate you!
