This home includes 10 "unlimited" SHARC passes! This peaceful lodge style retreat is well appointed with all of the luxuries of home. Our home includes, a hot tub, air conditioning, comfortable patio furniture, game loft, Harry Potter Closet, bikes and much more. At 3 Mt. Baker Lane you can relax and enjoy all of the new luxurious linens and comfortable furnishings of an elegant home. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and is the perfect gathering spot for your family and friends.

The home has 2400 sq.ft. and is 2-story with 4 bedrooms + Loft, 3 Bath Home. Downstairs, is a Queen Bedroom and full bathroom, living room, kitchen and family room. Upstairs is the King Master Bedroom, 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed, the 4th bedroom with a 2 sets of twin beds, a loft with a queen sofa sleeper and game table, and a full bathroom. A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children.

The fully stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a gas stovetop

There is a TV with BluRay player in the living room. The king master bedroom has a TV. The queen master bedroom and loft have TV's as well. The home has a gas fireplace in the living room for warmth. The family room has a wood fireplace for those who prefer a more traditional fire. The home also has a garage for your convenience. The upstairs game loft features air hockey and a NEW Queen Sofa Sleeper.

There are four adult single speed 'cruiser' style bikes, perfect for exploring the miles of paved bike paths throughout Sunriver. A new private hot tub and large patio with BBQ and patio furniture allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The patio overlooks a large forested area with the bike path in the distance.
