Tucked among the towering Ponderosa pines of North Sunriver, Cypress 10 is a spacious and inviting retreat where families and friends can settle in, spread out, and enjoy the beauty of Central Oregon. With 3,200 square feet of living space, four comfortable bedrooms, a private hot tub, and an expansive outdoor deck, this welcoming home offers a lovely balance of classic Sunriver charm, generous gathering spaces, and peaceful surroundings.

Step inside to discover a beautiful great room, where soaring ceilings and expansive windows fill the space with natural light and frame views of the surrounding forest. A river rock wood-burning fireplace anchors the living area, creating a warm and inviting place to gather after a day of adventure. Whether you are sharing stories by the fire, watching a favorite movie, or enjoying a quiet morning with coffee and a good book, this is a space designed for the simple pleasure of being together.

The generously appointed kitchen is ready for everything from leisurely breakfasts to memorable family dinners. Slab granite countertops provide ample room for meal preparation, while the open connection to the gathering spaces makes it easy to enjoy conversation while cooking.

On the main level, Bedroom One features a king bed, cable TV, DVD player, spacious walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.

Upstairs, Bedroom Two offers a queen bed, sleeper sofa, cable TV, and a dedicated workstation, along with access to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom Three includes a queen bed, TV, and access to the same shared bathroom. Bedroom Four provides an additional queen bed, cable TV, a large walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. A second workstation upstairs provides another convenient space for guests who need to stay connected during their visit.

Step outside onto the expansive back deck, where comfortable outdoor furnishings and dining space invite you to enjoy the beauty of Sunriver's forested surroundings. Begin the morning with coffee among the pines, gather for an afternoon meal in the fresh mountain air, or spend a quiet evening beneath the stars.

After a day of exploring Central Oregon, retreat to the private hot tub and let the warmth melt away the day's adventures. Five adult cruiser-style bikes are also provided, making it easy to discover Sunriver's scenic paved pathways and enjoy leisurely rides through the community.

Cypress 10 is also dog-friendly, welcoming up to two dogs so your four-legged family members can enjoy the getaway with you. Pet fees apply.

Please note: Like most Sunriver homes, Cypress 10 does not have air conditioning. With cool mountain evenings, shaded pine surroundings, and ice-cold rivers and lakes nearby, this home is well suited for a slower summer rhythm of morning bike rides, afternoon adventures, cold drinks, and unhurried time together.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
