POOL AVAILABILITY: The pool is available and heated daily to approximately 82* from Late-May to Late-September. Sunriver weather and high elevation can sometimes negatively affect pool heating. The pool is not available outside of the Summer Season. Should you have any questions regarding the temperature, please reach out to us. The hot tub is open year-round.

The maximum home occupancy is 18 people, day or night. Pets are allowed with management discretion. No garage parking. Parking for 4 cars in the paved driveway. (No parking on the side of the road)

Pet Policy
$30 per night, per pet. Any pet damage will be billed to the credit card on file to include the cost of repairs, cleaning the carpets, and/or decontaminating the home. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub at any time. Evidence of pets in the pool or hot tub may incur additional deep cleaning fees.

No Smoking Policy
The home is designated as NO SMOKING to include marijuana, tobacco, vape, and e-cigarettes. Fines from smoking or smoke damage will be the responsibility of the guest on file to pay in full.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
