    Welcome to Sable Rock Villa, a spacious and elegant craftsman-style retreat nestled in Central Oregon’s exclusive Caldera Springs community near Sunriver. Thoughtfully designed for large groups, this luxury estate sleeps up to 14 and offers both privacy and connection with its three-suite layout centered around a stunning outdoor patio.



    The heart of the home is its resort-style patio featuring a private hot tub, fire pit, hammock, ample seating, and a bar with a BBQ and outdoor TV—perfect for entertaining. Inside, the open-concept living space boasts a chef’s kitchen with dual refrigerators, a butler’s pantry, and a cozy parlor with a wood-burning fireplace.



    Sable Rock Villa includes multiple suites for comfort and space. The primary Master Suite features a king bed, gas fireplace, soaking tub, and reading nook with panoramic windows. A second Master offers a private office—ideal for workcations—plus a king bed, fireplace, and ensuite bath. A shared lounge between them includes a kitchenette, wet bar, and game table that converts to a standard dining room table.



    The second suite includes a family room with entertainment center, a king bedroom, and a kid-friendly bunk room—each with its own bath. Across a covered walkway is the third suite: a converted game lounge with pool, ping pong, foosball, arcade games, paddleboards, and a full wet bar. Attached is a dorm-style bedroom with heated floors, L-shaped trundle bunks, a queen bed, and an adjacent fire pit patio.



    Guests enjoy access to Caldera Springs’ top-tier amenities: the Quarry Pool (seasonal), fitness center, and scenic walking and biking trails. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, Sable Rock Villa delivers a luxurious, unforgettable escape in the heart of Central Oregon.

We had a fun time, home was full of everything we needed for cooking, as well as plenty of bikes and the hot tub was great. The home is beautiful and in a great location.

We loved this property! Great family vacation. 4 separate bedroom suites, nice kitchen and a game room with lots of activities. Very nice home with tons of amenities. Would definitely recommend this home for a large group!

Fantastic House

This property was perfect for our family and our kids’ friends. Bedrooms were abundant and lots of fun activities in garage. It was comfortable and a great location. We will rent again!

Relaxing Rustic Lodge

Amazing vacation home really set up for very large/multiple families to enjoy together while retaining some privacy. House was well stocked with cooking essentials, propane for the grill, firewood. Will absolutely be looking to spend another vacation here! Highly recommended!

Fantastic multi-family home in Sunriver

This was hands down the best rental for 4 families. It had 4 separate areas of the house that each had generously sized bedrooms with extra sleeping areas for children, multiple family rooms/entertainment areas, and several outdoor areas. All four families were comfortable and happy the entire time!

Family of 9 with multiple generations and our dog had a great spring reunion here. We used the bedrooms in the main house and the adjacent bunk house. The bunk house bedroom floor is heated which was a nice touch. The garage with games and bikes was a hit as was the gas firepit. A question about the internet was answered very quickly. Would recommend for a large group.

Beautiful home.

I can not say enough good things about this property. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We stayed with 3 generations of family plenty of space to honestly forget they were there 😀. Plenty of beautiful space to be together. We will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful holiday with my family

This home was absolutely beautiful. The check in process was very easy and the hosts were very responsive. This property was very spacious, each room was large, some with their own fireplaces. The bathrooms felt like personal spa retreats. The game area was a hit with my family, we all had a blast playing pool, ping ping, etc. I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing property

This property is incredible. Tons to do and all of the furniture and beds are first class. Just what you would expect in this price range. Met all of my expectations! Perfect for multiple families that want to be together but set up so there is tons of privacy. Great house!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect set up for our multi-family get together. The game room was really fun, plenty of bikes and in good shape for cruising. Beds were so comfortable and we were amazed at how quiet it was from space to space. The outdoor area between the buildings was our main hangout spot. The main kitchen and living room is small, but open so it felt bigger than it was. We were very happy with our stay and would book here again for sure.

Great house and neighborhood

House and property were great. The Caldera Springs pool was awesome! Such a nice neighborhood. The Lake House restaurant in the community is a great spot too. A few things it was lacking… The AC unit in the bedroom attached to the garage was broken which made the room pretty hard to be in in the summer heat. The bikes were not maintained and a couple were broken. The property management team was not the friendliest.

Fun weekend with the family!

This is a huge house with space for everyone. It is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and sofas. There's one small kitchen equipped with basics and three wet-bar-style kitchenettes. The kitchen and dishwasher are adequate but not set up for cooking, serving, or cleaning for the number of people the house accommodates. Some of the bedrooms were chilly and hard to heat. There was plenty of space to spread out, and we enjoyed the fun family garage with ping pong, pool, and arcade games. If you're looking for a large, comfortable space for a group and don't plan to do a lot of cooking, this is the house for you!
