This wonderful, air conditioned, single-level home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, plus a small bonus area with a TV and a sofa, accommodating up to 12 of your closest friends and family.

Upon arrival, step up onto the large, wrap-around deck and head to the front door - you will enter into the great room with an open sight line to the living area with vaulted ceilings, a beautiful river rock, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable seating. Preparing meals for the group will be a breeze in the well-stocked kitchen. Start with breakfast in the morning at the farm style dining table, then end the day by stepping outside onto the deck to grill dinner on the gas BBQ and dine at the two patio tables.

After a soak under the stars in the private hot tub, head inside for a good night's sleep. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king bed, while bedroom 2 has a king bed and a twin bunk, perfect for a young family. The 2 remaining guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. You'll have to pass through the bonus TV room to access the back bedroom, but it provides a great secondary living space for the kids to watch a movie!

Tour all of the local hot spots in Sunriver on one of the 7 adult bikes you will find waiting for you in the garage! Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a short walk or ride either direction down the adjacent bike path will bring you to the north grocery store or tennis courts. The fun at Fort Rock Park is found a 1/2 mile away, while shops and restaurants at the Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this home.
