Cozy Neat Quiet Deluxe Villa-Stay near Bangalore Airport
Fully furnished independent villa, only 15-minute drive from Bangalore International Airport with quiet privacy.
This is an independent villa with grill gates on all sides of the house, boundary walls all around the property and an grill gate to access the property. It is within a secure gated compound of 80+ villas and six such gated compounds comprise the residential township of 50 Acres called Vasanth Vihar which is a very well managed residential community. The community is located just 1 km off the Bangalore airport highway (from Vidya Nagar Cross) and within 15-20 minutes driving distance of Bangalore international airport.
The villa comprises of 2 large and spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a spacious and airy living room connected to a large and bright dining room and further connected to a well-ventilated open kitchen, a spacious and airy utility space and stairs going up to the open terrace. Of the two bedrooms, one bedroom is locked for the owner's use and storage, and the other bedroom with attached bathroom along with the entire house including the common spaces and the entire compound including garden on front and back is available for the private homestay.
The bedroom available for homestay is spacious and fully furnished with wardrobe cabinets, large wooden king-size bed, side tables, dressing table, and study table, and has an attached 3-piece bathroom with bathroom cabinets. Guests have full access to the entire villa including the one bedroom with attached bathroom, and the common area comprising spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, garden and terrace.
The entire house comes fully furnished with sofas, dining table with chairs, kitchen cabinets, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave over, mixer-grinder, kettle, toaster, grill sandwich maker, waffle-maker, garden chairs, bookshelf, shoe rack etc. and has adequate basic supplies in the kitchen along with a wide variety of crockery, cutlery and cocktail glasses.
This independent villa is 2000 sq ft built on the ground floor on a 3600 sq ft plot. The house has mosquito-proofing on all avenues of entry. Uninterrupted water supply is available 24 hours. Electricity is also available 24 hours and for occasional power outage there is inverter in the villa. There is highspeed internet in the house. This is couple friendly property amidst quiet privacy.
There is free parking space for 2 cars within the villa and vast amounts of open space for common parking of cars and bikes in the property. Grocery, Bank, Public Transport, Taxi/OLA-Uber, Restaurants and Gym available nearby. Just 50 meters from the villa is a fully equipped club house with swimming pool, gym, indoor/outdoor courts for multiple sports, and an excellent restaurant which also does home delivery.
The villa is set in a serene and peaceful 50 Acre gated community. This community has ample greenery and free spaces making it a veritable urban oasis with chirping of birds and rustling of leaves, and zero traffic noise. Wake up every day to the sounds of nature - soothing breeze, whistling trees, and chirping birds. Forget all kinds of traffic noise as you get used to the quiet and serene environs. There are many parks within the community - well maintained and completely safe to use any time of day or night.
This property in amidst natural environs within a safe neighbourhood is suitable for business visitors and travellers as well as families and couples. Guest can contact the owner or the caretaker for any issues during their stay.
From airport, come on the road to Bangalore city. After crossing the toll gate, take the first exit from the highway into the service lane. After about 1 km (after crossing Decathlon on the left) you will reach Vidya Nagar cross (or intersection) where you need to turn left. Go for about 1 km, cross Venkateshwara College and turn into the road immediately after the college on the right; it leads to Vasanth Vihar AWHO. Inform Security at Pocket 1 that you are the guest of Colonel Deepak, Villa # 20. Caretaker will hand over the keys on-site. Everything is in new or perfect working condition. Use of appliances is self-explanatory and I am happy to explain if required.
