Taj West End more than lived up to my expectations. As a Bangalorean who has now relocated, it was wonderful to return and stay somewhere that still feels so welcoming and familiar. Mohammed at the concierge was exceptionally warm and helpful. He arranged a car for me within just a few minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The restaurant team were equally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Suraj and Sachin looked after us during our entire stay and were consistently friendly and attentive. Even the trainee was extremely hospitable and made us feel very well looked after. The combination of the beautiful setting, warm hospitality and genuinely attentive staff made our stay particularly special. I would highly recommend Taj West End to anyone visiting Bengaluru, and I would certainly stay here again.

The room, amenities and the staff were all good. The only disappointment was that the room has closed windows and felt like suffocated as no windows could be opened and the window glasses were shaded with no light coming in.

I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at the Taj West End. It is a splendid heritage hotel set in quiet beautiful gardens. It is well located in the centre of Bengalaru. The rooms are very well appointed, and the staff are excellent. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon and evening refreshments provided in the Taj Club Lounge. I booked airport transfers through the hotel and was very impressed and grateful for the Concierge service that is provided at the Airport.

A truely wonderful hotel. Incredible hospitality combined with amazing facilities. Walking distance to major attractions. And only a very short ride to the city center. I have stayed at many hotels in Bangalore.. this is by far the best and most unique place to stay.

Spectacular stay at Taj West End hotel for honeymoon. Best hotel stay ever! Food was spectacular and service was on point. Staff was very gracious and helpful. Beautiful property. Well maintained and facilities are first class. Room servicing staff in particular Santhosh was very kind and helpful. He also offered to take photographs of us on the property. Restaurant breakfast was exceptional. Service was anticipatory and delivered well. Food delicious and great variety.

Taj West End is a unique old architecture reminiscent of the British era. This hotel is in the middle of Bangalore but feels like you are in a tropical forest. Love the space to walk around and experience beautiful plants, ducks, rabbits and squirrels. Staff is very helpful and always available to help.

I’ve stayed at the Taj West End twice now, both times the service has been wonderful. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist with any request. The property is beautiful and has multiple dining and bar options. Special thank you to the bar staff at Blue Bar who provided interesting insight into how they make their drinks! Overall would highly recommend.

I THANK the staff for making my stay wonderful Mr. MADHUMAY particularly helped to arrange my local itenarary. I had come sue to some unavoidably personal business that was highly distressful. Very nice hotel!

This was a very nice stay. The facilities are beautiful, the restaurants are excellent, service was outstanding. We arrived at BLR at 2:30 AM. The hotel car I requested was not confirmed, so it was not there, but there were other Taj West End drivers at the airport and the quickly arranged another car for us. It was about an hour ride from BLR to the hotel. With customs, baggage claim, car pick up, travel, and registration, we were in bed around 5:00 AM. We were exhibiting at the BIEC. Ubers to and from the conference center took between 1 and 2.5 hours. There was no problem arranging for pickup at the hotel, but it was a PIA at the conference center. Our departing flight was at 4:00 AM and we arranged for a hotel car the day before with no issues. In the future, I would inquire about the possibility of local transportation from a hotel car. There was a storm during the evening and it knocked the AC out. Because of the storm, it was not too hot, but I notified the front desk in the morning and the AC was working when I returned in the evening. We ate dinner at all three restaurants and found all of them to be excellent. We also opted for breakfast, which was very good.
