The apartment features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen with an espresso machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine for added convenience. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a tapas-inspired dinner, everything you need is at your fingertips.
Just 2 km from the beach, you can spend your days lounging by the sea or exploring the vibrant local scene. Within walking distance, discover a variety of restaurants serving authentic Spanish cuisine, from fresh seafood to classic tapas.
Alicante Airport is approximately 60 km away, making travel to and from the property easy and stress-free.
A utilities & service fee of EUR 105,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred.
We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit.
Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
