We had a really good time! The Pool was amazing against the heat, it also got cleaned regulary. The house had AC so we also where safe from the heat there. The outside kitchen was wonderful too. Everything was well maintained. The Owner was very kind, accomodating, helpful and generally wonderful!

Perfect in every way

This is a very traditional Spanish villa and beautiful in and out. As a group of 10 of us, we can concerns with the pool, but it was great and a good size, for all of us to play Marco/Pollo. The outside area was perfect, lots of sun and even places with shades. Having the two separate houses worked great as we were made up of two families, with access via the external staircase. We loved the hot tub, and the outside eating area, where we had two BBQ nights. Highly recommend getting fresh meat from Pepe. We've stayed at many villas across Spain, and we all agreed this was one of the best. Restaurants were amazing, specially Momos, and the Fiddler pub was great fun.To end, Jose was one of the best hosts of all our villas we've stayed at and made our stay even easier plus helped us with typical tourists questions you would ask,,,,thank you Jose for giving my family a wonderful holiday. We will be back.

Amazing!

Honestly was the best family vacation we had ever! the house was everything and beyond. We love and enjoy many family time dinning "al fresco" at the outside barbecue kitchen area and enjoy the swimming pool everyday! the location is fantastic the house is huge and very well equipped ! just walking distance from few of the many coves that are near by. Also Jose, the owner and his father were very attentive and kind. We got many recommendations for the best Paella places around. My family and I had a very nice relaxing time enjoying the Mediterranean coast at Benissa, we highly recommend this place and we will repeat for sure!

Relaxing break

The property had plenty of space both indoor and outdoor, with really well stocked kitchens. The outdoor kitchen was a great addition. There were a few bits that felt like it needed a bit of updating - where the pool tiles are lifting could start to cause a problem. There wasn’t air conditioning in one of the bedrooms (only a fan which was no use in the heat when we were there) and the listing states there is a double and king sized bed, although actually we only found one double bedded room and the rest were singles. We worked around everything, and generally Jose and his family were really nice, trying to help us with cabs (which we just couldn’t get) and bringing fruit some mornings. But we did have a bit of a situation mid way through the stay where Jose did get quite cross (could have been a mix up in translation) and talked about asking us to leave. This was in response to my saying I was disappointed that the sheets/towels were not being changed mid way through our two week stay and that an old coffee pot had cracked. His reaction at the time meant we didn’t feel we could raise anything else with him. We did recover from this and had a second good week, and he has offered to post back some jewellery that we left. The pool is bigger than the photos make it look and certainly enough for our 2 families to enjoy. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, and good supermarkets short drive away. It was a pleasant stay despite a bit of drama.

Nice place to stay

The house is very well located near a small nice rocky beach and towns and restaurants are not far away (but you need a car). The restaurant at the beach is lovely and you can walk there (we also loved burgers at Dirty Burgers nearby). The house is very well equipped with a lot of bathrooms, 3 kitchens and has everything you need for a perfect holiday with a large family. Airconditioning in all the rooms and a really lovely outside kitchen, this was our favorite place for the long warm evenings. Jose is a very good host, helps with everything and was very responsive. The pool is bigger than it appears on the pictures, we enjoyed it!

Herlig bolig med mange muligheder

En herlig bolig til 12 personer, med god plads inde og en skøn stor grund med mange fine faciliteter for børn og voksne. Gå afstand til strand og restaurant var endnu ét aktiv. Samtidig er der et suverænt supermarked tæt på.

Benissa August 2022

Just got back from a 2 week stay in Benissa. There were 11 of us ranging from age 11 thru to 81. Weather was glorious, pool clean and tidy with lovely gardens, plenty of rooms for all and 3 kitchens. Made use of the bbq, pizza oven and paella hob during our stay. Jose was very accommodating, and kindly helped out with lifts to the supermarket and car hire. All in all a good holiday!

Maison non conforme au prix payé

la maison est vieille, pas vraiment entretenue, sent le renfermé et l'humidité. Ustensiles de cuisine (poêles) non nettoyées, tiroirs cuisine poisseux, rideau de la baignoire complétement déchiré, moustiquaires déchirées donc attention aux piqures. Tout est vieux et décrépi. Great villa

Loads of space, lovely pool the family were very helpful! They also turned up with fresh picked grapes from there Vines! Weather let us down a little but had plenty of space inside, so we were out if the storms! Thank you!!!

La Villa est absolument parfaite.

La Villa est magnifique , très bien entretenue et très propre. Elle est encore mieux que ce qu'on pensait trouver en lisant l'annonce. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très facilement joignable. Le cadre de vie est sublime et calme. La Villa est très bien équipée , il ne manque de rien.

Excellent holiday

We stayed for two weeks in August. We were two families (4 adults and 6 teenagers). The villa is spacious, with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool was big enough for all 6 teenagers to muck about in together and there are plenty of poolside loungers. Jose was helpful and friendly. Rubbish was collected every couple of days and the pool was cleaned. It was a five minute walk to the nearest beach, a beautiful cove with excellent snorkelling. The restaurant by the beach serves very good food at reasonable prices. There is a little cafe a couple of minutes walk where you can order fresh bread and pastries to take away. We definitely recommend and would stay there again.

ideal para familias

La villa tiene 3 plantas, 2 cocinas todo bien equipado. Es ideal para familias con piscina privada. Servicio limpieza jardín piscina cada dos días. Toallas, sabanas y demás necesario está todo incluido. Supermercado cercano. Playa de cala de arena como 10minutos andando y 5 minutos cala playa de piedras y chiringuitos en playa. Tiene unas vistas impresionantes desde arriba de las playas.

une vraie maison avec un superbe accueil

MERCI de votre accueil,votre discrétion,votre disponibilité,merci pour vos petites attentions (les corbeilles de fruits déposées le matin ) Trés belle villa simple mais trés bien équipée,un BBQ un plat à paella géant avec son support,pleins d'ustensiles de cuisine,une terrasse superbe des petits coins pour lire ( sous les arbres ) pour jouer au ping pong,pour se baigner dans la piscine ou la fabuleuse crique à 300 m à pieds,3 salles de bain plus une exterieure .La literie est impeccable et la clim appréciable (sauf les deux chambres du bas ou les ventilateurs ne sont pas suffisant par forte chaleur) Nous avons passés 15 jours à 11 personnes" MAGNIFIQUES " Nous reviendrons sans hésiter J'éspére que les futurs locataires respecteront l'endroit et la confiance que José Guello leur porte trés cordialement Coco et Vincent , Chris et Fabien,et nos enfants Lisie, Léa ,Antoine ,Manon ,Gounty ,Alex et Charles
