They are all very kind and friendly and were willing to make my stay easier/better at every opportunity.. arranging early dinner, adding a lunch booking late, chatting to us about visits we were planning in the area.. the list is endless. Honestly, this is not the standard we would expect, but in the end it is mostly a visual matter of paying for a non-renovated room. For a lower price it was acceptable, and we understood it that way.
