"This house was very nice, clean and friendly hosts! They allowed our dog in the house and around the property, which was pretty, had walking trails and a pond. We had everything we needed and they even left a few snacks . Great place, would stay again! "

"Bit of a delay with our review as I caught covid on the plane back home - stop coughing all over everything people!!Amanda and Dave have a lovely spot at the top of the hill surrounded by big trees. Their two dogs, Buddy and Sidney are so friendly and love belly rubs.Our check-in was smooth and Dave greeted us on our arrival, we met Amanda later. They are gracious and helpful hosts, answering any questions we had, recommendations or just having a chat.The condo is on the upper floor of their house with a private entrance. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for the three of us to spread out, games available, comfy couch and great chair for reading. Never once turned on the TV - much preferred to enjoy the quiet and the birds.There is a great back deck with sitting area but it was pretty wet when we were there so couldn't really use the area. The bedrooms are bright and lots of storage space, beds are a bit soft (but that is just our preference) but comfy.There is also a hot tub for guest use and it was fantastic in the evenings after getting back from hiking or a long day exploring. The Matheson Lake rec area is pretty close and has hiking trails - the left side gets pretty steep and rocky (careful of how slick it is in the rain!) but the views are worth it. Galloping goose trail is off the parking lot to the back on the right side if you prefer a smooth groomed wide trail.Thanks Amanda and Dave for a lovely week - we really enjoyed ourselves!"
