Modern Industrial Loft for Two
Summary:
This bright, walk-up loft apartment exudes a decidedly modern, mid-century, industrial vibe. Impeccably finished and located front and center in the Benton Harbor Arts District, the loft is a stone’s throw from the Golf Club at Harbor Shores and just 1 mile from the beach of Lake Michigan. Created in 2016 from historic industrial warehouse space, the 900sf loft is one of nine apartments located just steps away from the area’s favorite lunch and breakfast venue, the Mason Jar Cafe.
The Space:
This 910sf loft faces south toward the iconic Hinkley Building, home to Water Street Glassworks, a magical public access glass blowing studio and gift shop. It is centrally located between Whirlpool’s Lakeview and Riverview campuses and a short drive from the Corewell/Lakeland Regional Health Center.
The loft is one of nine urban loft apartments known as the “Quarternote Lofts”. These unique residences reflect the adaptive re-use of historic industrial warehouse space once home to Benton Harbor’s oldest business, Brammall Supply. The lofts feature custom kitchens, granite counters, polished concrete floors… exposed steel ceilings and ductwork. Full laundry. Central air.
The Arts District is a 5 block renaissance neighborhood home to popular food and drink venues and several urban “pocket” parks. While the area continues to evolve slowly, its historical vibe makes it one of the most popular neighborhoods in the Twin Cities.
Guest Access:
The loft shares an exterior entrance and hallway with 3 other apartments. Guests will park in a private surface lot adjacent to the building.

A state of the art Pilates studio is located below the loft on the ground floor.. Guests may hear unobtrusive low level muffled music from the morning classes below the apartment.
Please respect our quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.
