"I'ts a beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is so nice, the room is so clean and has details that make u feel at home. We liked the easter chocolate eggs they put in the cofee tray at the room. The breakfast was the best we have at all our europe trip, they really make an outstanding service even when we didn't reserve the breakfast they made a great buffet for us in 15 min with fresh bread and everything delicious. Thank you so much, we will return and definetly recommend Gwendy."

I had to contact multiple agents from hotels.com. Finally, when I was already 5 hours from my check in, I heard from them and they said the apartment was not available due to a leakage. "SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

"This is an excellent choice for visitors to Luxembourg. Rooms are spacious and the beds, super comfy. Very well appointed, smart bathrooms, it was a lovely room to come back to. Views from the bar on the 8th floor are great, so enjoy a drink and take in the view. Staff are incredibly helpful and with easy access to all the sights of the city, this is a great option for a luxury stay."

"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the local area and access public transport. Breakfast offered a limited selection. One feature I particularly appreciated was the unlimited free hot drinks and water available throughout the day, which was a really thoughtful touch and added extra value to the stay. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value for money, and I would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The bus stop into town being nearby was useful. The air conditioning was a blessing, the room was very comfortable and well equipped. I was disappointed with the opening times of both the restaurant and the pool - I wasn't able to use either in my free time at the hotel because the pool only opened at 5pm on the Friday, which seems odd. I used the little market inside the hotel, which was a great idea, though I didn't appreciate being watched like a hawk by one of the staff who came over specifically to keep an eye on me. If you're going to provide a non-attended checkout then you need to have some level of trust there, otherwise you might as well just station a member of staff there all the time."

"Sparkling clean, aesthetically appealing, beautifully articulated hotel. Champagne and lemon water always available in the comfortable lobby. Room was spacious and the fragrant scent is noticed throughout the property. Across the street from the gare and also walkable to the town centre (although trams and buses are clean, free, modern and run frequently) LOVED everything about this hotel."
