Situation idéale à deux pas de la plage et du centre ville.Configuration de la maison optimale et très fonctionnelle (aucun bruit entre les niveaux).Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, et la communication avec Lucie était très cordiale et réactive.Merci beaucoup, à l'année prochaine ;-)

Grand we en famille, grands parents, parents, petits enfants (3 et 5 ans), la maison est très proche de la plage, agréable, bien équipée, la literie est confortable ; les propriétaires ont la gentillesse de laisser des jeux de plages et des jouets. Seul gros bémol, nous avons eu très très froid la première soirée et la première nuit (14 dans la maison). Les propriétaires ont monté le chauffage à distance mais la maison est restée très froide 24h.

Le contact avec les propriétaires a été excellent.La maison est idéalement située et nous avons pu passer un réveillon de Noël en famille / lever de soleil sur la plage de toute beauté. Le charme des anciennes demeure est un peu présent mais ne gêne en rien le séjour dans ce logement très bien équipé !

Gemütlich!

Insgesamt kann man sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. Für 10 Personen perfekt. Check in und out völlig unproblematisch, netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Die Entfernung zum Strand, den kleinen Geschäften im süßen Ortskern ( 3 Minuten zu Fuß ) und auch zu den Supermärkten ist super. Es könnte etwas sauberer sein, liegt auch daran, wie der Vorgänger das Haus verlassen hat…Danke! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est chouette et très bien équipée. Quelques bug au niveau de la salle de bain du dernier étage. Un voisin qui a mis un petit coup de pression en nous demandant si nous avions prévu de faire la fête. Nous n'avons pas compris car la veille était à mon sens très calme.

Séjour détente entre amies

Notre séjour entre amies a été magnifique dans cette ville calme et très agréable. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement nos hôtes qui ont aménagés cet endroit pour qu’il soit très fonctionnel et chaleureux à la fois. Je recommande chaleureusement a tous ceux qui désirent passer des moments en famille, entre amis dans un endroit simple et épuré. Le descriptif est conforme à la réalité. Merci Lucie et Arnaud.

Emplacement idéal et logement agréable pour séjourner en famille. Les propriétaires ont été adorables et très abordables. La gentillesse des gens du Nord. Le logement est bien pensé, très bien équipé et on s'y sent comme chez soi.

Belle petite maison proche de la mer, bien située

Jolie villa ancienne sur 3 étages fonctionnelle & bien équipée (on sent que c'est une maison régulièrement occupée par ses propriétaires). Facilités pour se garer à proximité (hors saison) Chaque famille avait son étage et sa salle de bain. La mer est à 20 m et le centre de Berck à 4 min à pied. Avec une météo maussade lors de notre séjour, la maison nous a offert un refuge douillet. Seul petit bémol, en plein hiver et en raison d'une isolation qui doit dater un peu, la cuisine, la partie "extension" de la maison d'origine, avait beaucoup de mal à se réchauffer. A noter la réactivité du propriétaire qui a su nous compléter rapidement une batterie de couverts manquants...

Berck sur Mer October 22

My family enjoyed this propery. The hosts were caring. We didn't realise that we would have to bring bedding (duvet covers, etc.) but a call to the host , Lucie, and her parents solved the problem for us. The one problem we had was that the listing didn't mention that to get to the bathrooms required very careful navigation as the tops of the stairs were right outside the bathroom doors. Had my wife been with us she would have had to sleep on a settee in the lounge as she couldn't manage the stairs. That apart, we enjoyed our stay. There is a superb bakery on Rue Carnot, 5 minutes walk away, a very good and cheap Japanese restaurant just down the road and an excellent Italian called Pinochio a short drive away.

Un très beau séjour en famille

Nous avons passé en famille (sur 3 générations) un très agréable moment à Berck dans cette très belle maison berckoise à 2 pas de la mer. La maison est fonctionnelle, spacieuse, et conviviale. Un endroit idéal pour un séjour agréable, dépaysant et ressourçant. Toute la famille est ravie. Merci à Lucie et Arnaud
