"Great location. Walkable to everything down town. Terrible service and management. I spent over $1600 to stay for the week and I only asked to have my room cleaned one day. It wasn't done. I did what their site policy says about requesting service. When I reported that evening to management about my room not done, he wrote down my number and i figured it would be cleaned then the next day (so i thought). I asked for additional towels to be delivered that night. The next day I went off to work...

"One of the elevators kept taking us to the wrong floor. Later that day, the elevators were taking an extremely long time so guests were using the stairs. At night, a line of us were trying to get in with our keys, but it was not working so security had to open the doors for us."
