Only had one breakfast - it was OK - could not warm the muffins (oh well) who wants a cold muffin, has browns were soggy. But OK overall. Good fruit. Did not park a car. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I loved my stay at this hotel. A large part of my trip was visiting restaurants in the west loop and this hotel was the perfect location for that! Just a short walk to Restaurant Row. The staff were so delightful and helpful! Shoutout Felicia and Debbie! The balcony was a lovely touch and free luggage storage after we checked out was very easy and helpful! Also, the restaurant on site was a surprise delight! Loved all the food and the staff and the coffee!!

To the Team, Thank you for the warm welcome during my recent stay. The booking process was seamless, my room was very clean, and the parking was easy to access. While parking is $54 a night, the convenience made it worth the cost. The hotel's location is excellent, with many stores reachable within a two-minute walk. I will definitely recommend your hotel to anyone visiting Chicago, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and the check-in/out process was very fast and easy. The rooms and hotel were clean as well. You can tell it is an older hotel but I didn't mind since my room was cleaned very well.
