Four independent, stylish apartments, large common room for cooking, dining and meetings, 4 bedrooms + 2 connecting rooms. 4 double beds, 2 single beds, 2 sofa beds, 4 mattresses; Max. 16 pers. For families, groups, business trips, workshops, dinner parties.
Located in a lively inner-city district of Berlin around an intimate courtyard:
-4 separate, stylish apartments, (for exact layout see below)
-separate common room on the ground floor (43 m2) with a well-equipped shared kitchen, table football, dining table
-Green garden with seating area (use only outside the opening hours of the bistro or during the opening hours as guests of the bistro)
-Bistro on the ground floor (Tue to Sat 17:00 to 22:00 + 1 hour follow-up)

The bed linen / towels can be booked extra (10.00 EUR per person) and is not included in the price.

Equipment and division of the apartments and beds:
-2 large apartments (3 to 5 beds, 46 m2)
-2 small apartments (2 to 3 beds, 32 m2), a total of 10 in total, with additional beds for 16 people.

-in each apartment a double bed (total 4: 180 * 200 cm, 8 people),
-in the two gr. Apartments a single bed (90 * 200 cm, 2 people), a sofa bed (total 2: 80 * 200 cm, 2 people or 4 children),
-in each apartment a folding mattress (4: 70 * 180 cm in total, 4 people). A total of up to 16 people can stay there. The price is calculated based on 10 guests. A maximum of 6 additional beds on your own will be accepted (16 blankets are available).

-The large apartments consist of 2 rooms (walk-through room, bedroom, bathroom, hallway), kitchenette with sink, coffee machine, kettle.
-The small apartments consist of 1 room (bedroom, bathroom, hall), kitchenette with sink, coffee machine, kettle, microwave.

- So that the noise of the refrigerators does not disturb your sleep, they are only in our common room.
-Dishes from the common room may be used.

Access for guests:
6-digit code for entrance doors and apartments. Will be sent as text SMS to the guest's stored cell phone number at 12:00 on the day of arrival.

The neighborhood:
there are numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, wine shops, specialties, markets, cinemas, wellness offers, late shopping and much more in the surrounding area and right outside the door.
Special highlights are the former central airport Tempelhof, the Liquidrom in Möckernstr. 10, Akazienstr., Golzstr.

-50 m walk to Julius-Leber Brücke S-Bahn station (central S-Bahn line Potsdam-Berlin-Mitte),
-numerous bus lines at the S-Bhf (50 m) and at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Platz (100 m),
-U station Kleistpark (500 m)
- Südkreuz railway station (1 km)
-Autobahn exit Innsbrucker Platz
-There is a bus lane in front of the house. You can park for free in the side streets. There is a parking garage 100 meters away
-From Schönefeld Airport take the S-Bahn directly to Südkreuz, from there take the bus or S-Bahn to Julius-Leber-Brücke (50 m walk)

The apartments can also be rented individually on weekdays.

House rules:
Night rest:
Our neighbors are important to us. Please respect the night's rest after 10 p.m. Please no loud conversations, noise, music in the yard. If you want to listen to music loudly, you have to keep the doors and windows closed.

Cleaning:
We rent the Ferienremise-Berlin as a holiday apartment. We expect our guests to then thoroughly clean all of the apartments and the common room, remove the beds, wash the dishes and put them back, tidy everything up, take away the garbage (including the buckets in the bathrooms) and leave the refrigerators and cupboards empty and clean , The guest will be charged later for increased cleaning and tidying up. Please put all furniture and dishes back in their place.

Rubbish: (common room under sink)
Please take the rubbish to the garbage can in the front passage. This is emptied early on Monday and Thursday. Under no circumstances should you use the green dining barrel from Café Linds. Please collect paper and dismantled boxes separately in the passage. We ask empty glass bottles in the container in Feurigstr. bring to.

linen:
If you have rented bed linen separately, we will provide them for you. Please take off the laundry on departure and collect it in each apartment in the entrance hall.

Courtyard: During the opening times Tue-Sat 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. + 1 hour follow-up our courtyard is managed by a bistro.
The courtyard can be use only outside the bistro opening hours or during opening hours as guests of the bistro.

rental equipment:
Ferienremise-Berlin, the rented rooms and their furnishings may be used by the guest for proper use during the rental period. The facility is serviced and maintained. There is no entitlement to the fact that all furnishings are functional and available at all times. Please report broken items so that they can be replaced and are available again for the next guest.

Mietzweck:
The Ferienremise-Berlin is rented to overnight guests, mainly to families and groups of 8 to 16 people for overnight stays. Parties without our catering and separate booking are not allowed. No open fireplaces in the yard.

Broken dishes:
Broken dishes or other items can always happen and are not a problem if you handle things carefully and report any broken items. Please leave 3.00 EUR for each broken piece of tableware. All other items can be replaced after your notification and we always endeavor to settle this in your favor as cheaply as possible.

Dishwasher:
Please rinse the dishes briefly before putting them in the dishwasher. Leftover food, toothpicks and other things that stick to the dishes can clog the pump and cause the dishwasher to stop working and be available at short notice, neither for you nor for the next guests.

Parking:
Unfortunately there are no private parking spaces for the holiday home. There is a bus lane in front of the house. Please note the bus lane times and avoid being towed. Loading and unloading is possible at certain times. You can also park outside of the valid times. You can usually find free parking spaces in Czeminskistr. or in the parking garage on Feurigstrasse.

Beamer / TV:
The projector, the loudspeakers and the receiver are permanently installed. Please do not disconnect any cable connections. You will find all available connection options for your private computer on the connection cabinet in the corner. On departure please reset to Sat / TV mode.

Please don't forget to take all your belongings with you on departure.
