  • Our quiet and sunny 1 room apartment is located in the heart of Berlin - Schöneberg, directly on Nollendorfplatz. The apartment has a spacious living - bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with daylight and was renovated in 2015. The apartment has a comfortable double bed. Fully equipped kitchen for 2 people. TV with many cable programs, WiFi, stereo, storage space for luggage and clothes. The apartment is centrally located with close proximity to the Kudamm, Berlin's famous shopping street and promenade, many restaurants and cafes await you in the immediate vicinity. Central city location with direct and quick access to all Berlin destinations in the west and east. A lockable parking space can be used free of charge. A nice apartment for a nice vacation. You live in a perfect location between City West and City East. Ideally located in the interesting neighborhood between Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz. Numerous shopping opportunities, but also lively culture, neighborhood and nightlife are right on the doorstep. The most beautiful Berlin weekly market on Winterfeldtmarkt is in the immediate vicinity. Apartment was as advertised. Communication with the host was initially a bit rocky, but after it was straightened out everything proceeded efficently. The apartment was centrally located and karge enough for a single person or perhaps a couple. Numerous resturaunts and a grocery store were within walking distance and virtually the entire city is accessable by either subway or surface bus.

Zentrale Lage, freundlicher Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, es ist alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der Check in und Check out Vorgang ist sehr angenehm einfach und der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, man hat genügend Platz.

Es war alles zentral

Tie Wohnung war supper bis ein paar Sachen die Mann änder kann was alles top. Matratzen sollten mal erneuert werden und das Geschirr sollte auch mal kontrolliert werden. Ist nicht alles vorrätig aber sonnst alles Klasse wir kommen wieder

Het verblijf voldeed aan onze verwachting en meer. We verbleven ruim 2 weken in dit appartement en als er iets op was hoefde we maar contact te zoeken met de eigenaar, dan was het zo opgelost.

Nice, well located apartment

Dirk's apartment was surprisingly large, well provisioned and very well located to anywhere we needed to go to in Berlin. I was in town for the Marathon and could easily jog to the starting area and walk home. A very efficient Laundry is located almost directly across the street. A large REWE is an easy walk away.

Relativamente bien situado. Acceso rápido al transporte público y con mucha vida en la zona (supermercados, restaurantes, lavandería,...). Eché de menos un tendedero pequeño, un microondas y un cazo pequeño (hervidor). Recomendable para una pareja.

Es war sehr schön

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, die Wohnung, Ausstattung, der Anschluss an den ÖPNV, alles ohne Kritikpunkt. Besonders der Parkplatz im Hof ist Gold wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfecte locatie

Als je Berlijn wilt ontdekken is dit een perfecte locatie. Dichtbij metrostations Nollendorfplatz en Bulowstrasse. (flinke) Wandelafstand Potsdamerplatz. In de directe omgeving veel eetgelegenheden, supermarkten etc. Op zaterdag een grote markt.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zum Potsdamer Platz gehts mit Bus und U-Bahn innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Die Wohnung bietet alles für eine kurzen oder längeren Trip in die Bundeshauptstadt. Einzig passende Deckel für die Töpfe und etwas mehr Besteck als von jedem 2 wären nett :-) Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Prima appartement

Wij verbleven hier een weekend. Het appartement is een prima uitvalsbasis voor een leuk weekend in Berlijn. Als we weer naar Berlijn gaan is dit absoluut een serieuze optie voor ons.
