"Arrived and went to the front desk to check in and realized there were no staff to be found. After ringing the service bell and waiting a good 5 minutes, decided to call the number listed on my confirmation email. The woman I reached on the phone explained that she was at a different location but would get in touch with a staff member where I was to check me in.
