"Such a beautiful spot for a quiet weekend getaway! Sally was a gracious host, and the bottle of bubbly was a lovely bonus. The underfloor heating was a gamechanger and despite going at the beginning of winter we barely felt the cold when inside. Short walk from town, very convenient - would highly recommend staying here!"

"The property is in a great location. The bedrooms are excellent. The beds are very comfortable. The outdoor area looks fabulous but given the weather, we did not use it. We would have though had it been conducive to an outdoor meal.Unfortunately, when we arrived, the main bathroom was not clean. The toilet bowl was brown with fecal matter. Many lights in the house didn't work and the kitchen was not very well appointed, with many drawers, shelves, and cupboards empty.The biggest problem of all was when we prepared to cook a family roast and the oven was not just dirty, but the door does not close properly. We therefore could not continue with that meal, and it cost us hundreds of dollars to eat out at a local pub instead. For the price level of this property, we would absolutely expect the oven to be operational. Very disappointing."

"Exceptional house with all the luxuries you could want. Great outdoor pool with slide and spa. Perfectly suited our family of three generations including eight grandchildren. Kitchen and laundry were fabulous. Kids loved the generous bunk room and sporting activities. Location is ideal for the beach or Berry village and especially Jamberoo. "

"We stayed at Berry Luxury Retreat last weekend for my 50th birthday with 18 ladies, and it was honestly the perfect place for a special celebration. From the moment you arrive, the property feels impressive, the landscaping is just as stunning as the house, and every single person who walked in said, “Wow, this place is amazing.” The photos really don’t do it justice.It felt like a luxury holiday away from home. We made the most of the spa, heated pool, sauna and cold plunge, and loved that there were plenty of different living areas and outdoor spaces where we could all be together (or split off into smaller groups) without ever feeling cramped. It’s so well set up for a group getaway, party, or big family event.With seven bedrooms and multiple bathrooms (girls need lots of bathroom space), everyone was comfortable, and the whole place is beautifully renovated to a high standard with thoughtful extras throughout. It genuinely had everything we needed for a memorable weekend.Kylie was also fantastic, so helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We’d absolutely stay again."
