"Absolutely terrible experience. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in — dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a strong unpleasant smell that wouldn’t go away. The bathroom was in bad condition with leaks and poor hygiene (hair, dirty towels, etc.). The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, acting like they didn’t care at all. On top of that, our reservation situation was handled very unprofessionally, with excuses about “card issues” at the last minute. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained, with broken furniture and an AC that barely works. It was also very noisy at night — the walls are so thin you can hear everything, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, this place should not be in business in its current condition. Avoid at all costs."

"Well the place was not that great location was great it was really noisy and the front door had a gap about 3 in at the bottom so had to put a towel on the floor to block it off staff was ok not really top notch for Miami to me but it was ok for one night "
