The through length lounge with French doors leading out into the enclosed garden is a large bright and airy room. The sofas surround a large wall mounted flatscreen TV and offer the perfect place to relax on an evening. The dining area sits opposite the entrance to the kitchen and provides a sociable space to enjoy delicious home cooked meals. The modern kitchen has plenty of work top space and is a lovely area to prepare refreshments throughout the day. Through the kitchen is a utility room and a separate bike/surfboard storage area. To the first floor are two neatly presented bedrooms decorated in neutral tones and matching soft furnishings; both rooms offer a relaxing ambience. The complete the accommodation is the house bathroom with both bath and shower options and a separate toilet. To the rear of the property, you will find a large, enclosed garden that offers both a patio area as well as a neatly trimmed lawn. Nestled into the corner is a hot tub which will catch the sun for most of the day – just perfect for a few hours’ relaxation after a long day at Beverley Races or an afternoon enjoying the sea breeze on the East Yorkshire coast.
