"Absolutely LOVED our stay at Wine Down! Beautiful house with plenty of room, and only seconds from the ocean! The hot tub was huge! It sat our group and our feet didn’t knock each other! The two decks were great for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset. The kitchen was well appointed which was great for our group as we like to cook at home and enjoy meals together, which also worked well cause the kitchen table seats 8-10. The hosts were very friendly and great communicating before during and after our trip. Holden Beach is quiet and peaceful, perfect for families to escape and just enjoy the beach in peace and quiet. This was one of our favorite vacations and we will definitely be back at Wine Down!"

"This home is gorgeous and the perfect place for a beach vacation. It was spotless when we arrived and we were greeted with lovely flowers and a check-in note on VRBO from our host Jenni who wanted to be sure all was well. The view is stunning and the beach is just a few steps out the door. The pool was warm, so enjoyable for the cool late afternoons. The beds are very comfortable and it’s so nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. I 100% recommend this home and we hope to be back soon! "

"The home was roomy, clean and nicely appointed. We travel to Holden Beach every year for the past 40 plus years the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament. The home had TVs in each BR and a large screen TV in the living area which was perfect. Thank you Phoebe for a wonderful weekend and we hope to rent your property again March 2027."
