"Clean house. Kitchen well stocked with plenty of dishes pots pans bowls and utensil. Only downfall was that bath towels were not provided. Great access to the beach and the hot tub/swimspa was a great plus. Gave us a way to take a break from the sun. We had a great time! Would recommend"

"We absolutely loved this property and its location. The host was exceptionally accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the furnishings were far above what you would typically expect in a rental. Highly recommend!"

"The place needs a good update and a good insect control. Many roaches in the house in addition to rodent droppings. Exterminator was called but too late for our one week stay. Closets need to be cleaned, furniture needs update, repaired or replaced. A sun umbrella on the porch would make it a lot more usable. A good location but the above deficiencies made our stay not very pleasant."

"This property is located in the most beautiful space. Having water frontage is definitely superb to having to haul stuff to the beach. However, the lock was inoperable upon arrival even though we had selected early check in only to find out later that the lock was an issue the week before. My sister stood in the heat for an hour trying to access the property and couldn’t get into the maintenance lock box either. The fan in the primary bathroom also didn’t work. The beach chairs provided are completely covered in rust. There is only one additional blanket in the entire home. Although it was stated in the contract I hadn’t been aware of the fact that there would be no lines or towels provided and the additional charge for them was 250. The towels are the tiniest towels I have ever laid eyes on and wouldn’t wrap around more than a toddler. The rolling door to the bedroom with twin beds is so heavy that a child wouldn’t be able to get out of the house if there were an emergency. There is mold in the bottom of the showered and there was a chunk of a bar of soap left in the primary bedroom. There were lots of spices that had been left in the kitchen so that was nice to not have to buy or bring those. The rocking chairs on the upper porch and the back porch are amazing and very comfortable. The space is very nice but has not been well maintained. If this were my property, I would repaint the doors as they are nasty with hand prints. Especially the back door."

"When we pulled up at the time to check in , the cleaners were still there, as we go in we noticed that the home needs major updates on the exterior. We go in and find out that the Proactive Realestate that manages the house only give you 1 towel per guest . I MEAN for NIGHTS !!!! not only that we got 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels no trash bags , ... the house on the insaide is nice , clean, but they could definitely update EVERYTHING! THE SOFAS ARE STAINED VERY BAD , AT LEAST PUT COUCH COVERS ON THEM, THE APPLIANCES ARE OLD, NO ICE MAKER . THE BEDS ARE NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL , THE PILLOWS ARE PAPER THIN, THEN AS WE ATE SITTING OUT ON THE MASTER BR DECK WE NOTICED LOOSE SPINDELS ALL THE WAY AROUND WOTH SEVERAL MISSING. MAJOR SAFTEY HAZARD. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE PATIO FURNITURE UNDERNEATH THE HOUSE FOR GATERING ALONG WITH AN OUTDOOR GAME. IM SAYING ALL OF THIS TO HOPEFULLY GET SOME IMPROVEMENTS FOR OTHERS. THE MAIN CONCERN IS THE SPINDELS UPSTAIRS, IDK HOW THEY ARE ON BACK DECK. AS MUCH AS IT COST TO STAY HERE I EXPECTED IT TO BE BETTER. MANY DESCRIPTIVE DETAILS LEFT OUT ! OH AND NOT TO MENTION NO HAIR DRYER AND NO HAND SOAPS. PLEASE DO BETTER FOR THE VISITORS, ITS HARD ENOUGH TO TAKE VACATION THEN TO BE RIPPED OFF. "
