This beautiful lakefront two level home is located on the south side of Big Bear Lake tucked back in a private enclave of lakefront homes boasting a location that is perfect for enjoying everything Big Bear Lake has to offer. Enjoy the sought after views to the north!
When you enter, the soaring floor-to-ceiling windows take beautiful advantage of the expansive water and mountain views. The large family-friendly great room is spacious, gracious and welcoming - featuring vaulted wood ceilings and a full two-story brick fireplace with a hearth that is a gas starting, wood burning fireplace. All the main rooms in this home have waterfront views and the views are spectacular!
This mountain lake home is set up to take advantage of the spectacular views, featuring entry at the main living area with vaulted ceilings over the kitchen, dining and living areas – all opening onto the deck. There are two bedrooms located on the main level. A wood staircase from the great room living area leads to a fun and cheery loft style game room overlooking the great room and is set up with a regulation size pool table, a telescope for enjoying our mountain skies, a sleeper sofa, and of course more lake and mountain views! Also located on this home’s upper level are the third and fourth bedrooms.
The roomy outside deck spans the width of this home at the lakefront, featuring seasonal outdoor seating and offering the outdoor chef an opportunity to cook either with a Propane BBQ Grill (propane provided) or a Charcoal Grill. Inside, the large kitchen and the extremely spacious dining/living area with its large fireplace makes this the perfect family place to enjoy making memories that will last a lifetime! You’ll appreciate this home’s family style lakefront atmosphere and the “get away from it all" feeling it provides; while still enjoying all the amenities you expect at home in a truly convenient central Big Bear location.

The primary bedroom is located downstairs on the main level, and it enjoys the same fabulous views of the lake and mountains. It has a king size bed, a 32” TV and its own private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is also located on the main level, is light and airy and features a queen bed with windows overlooking the front yard. The downstairs hall bath with shower is convenient to the second bedroom and the main living area.
Upstairs you’ll find the third bedroom has wonderful large windows overlooking the lake and mountain views - this bedroom features two full size beds and a 24” TV. The fourth bedroom is bright and cheery with windows looking out over the front yard and features two twin size beds. The upstairs full bathroom with tub and shower is convenient to the third and fourth bedrooms and to the loft game room. You’ll also find a full sleeper sofa in the loft and a twin rollaway bed, offering additional options to create comfortable sleeping for up to ten people.


Full Laundry
After a day enjoying the lake or at the slopes, this home offers you the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer located just through the kitchen in the garage. We provide the laundry soap!

While enjoying this private lakefront setting, you are still within easy access to everything Big Bear has to offer you are just a five-minute drive from Snow Summit Ski Resort offering winter skiing and snowboarding and Summer’s Sky Chair. Big Bear Village with its shops and restaurants is also just five minutes away. You are two minutes from Meadow Park Swim Beach for Spring, Summer and Fall activities, and you are only ten minutes from Bear Mountain Ski and Golf Resort and the Big Bear Alpine Zoo. These are just a few of the many great year-round activities that are just beyond your doorstep.


Parking
The spacious driveway offers plenty of parking for 4 cars ... or 3 cars and a boat trailer!

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

• No more than X cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM

This home allows a maximum of 10.

(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 10 allowed. No Over Occupancy.)
