Snow lake lodge has become my go to spot for lodging when I go up to Big Bear. The condos are clean and well kept, the staff is very friendly and i enjoy using the hot tub after a day of snowboarding.

EXTREMELY friendly staff. Clean facility. Great rooms. Will be back soon. Just be aware that there is no air conditioning. We were well aware and it wasn't an issue for us. Bedroom and living room have ceiling fans and a box fan was available in the closet.

The room was very clean and comfortable and it was extremely practical to have the kitchen. The parking was also very convenient and it was close to the ski resorts. The people that I interacted with at the hotel were extremely professional and very helpful.
