"Stayed at the Ballina Byron Islander Resort while in town for a wedding. Rooms were spacious & clean and had all the amenities we needed. "The apartment is amazing. Very modern and large. Very close to the beach. There were two things that could be improved:
1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. Good thing it was picked up and advised where the keys was. They could've advised me beforehand how to get the keys in advance.
