Big Horn 3 was recently Updated and is one of the best Bighorn Condos available! Ski-in/Ski-out with just a 2-minute walk to the Black Bear Poma lift, easy access to Lake Levinsky and 10-minute walk up to the Mountain Village. This cozy, well-appointed 3BR/2BA condo is 1250 square feet with the entire space on one level. Features include a stone fireplace and 55-inch TV in the living room so you can stream content or unwind in front of the fireplace after a day on the slopes. Includes high-speed internet, washer & dryer, attached heated 1-car garage with ski storage and a private deck. Recent updates include all New floors, New stone fireplace with electric insert, and lots of New furniture including beds and various chairs and tables. The nearby Black Bear Poma lift will also be ALL NEW for the 2025-2026 ski season!

You'll be located in Big Sky's Mountain Village, across the street from Bear Back Poma Lift at the Big Sky Resort. The lift will take you up and down to the main base area in Big Sky's Mountain Village. Budget-friendly rates with a great location make this a wonderful option for the powder seeker in everyone.

Awesome place right by the mountain

Took us a moment to figure out which unit was ours because we didn't see a unit number in the check in instructions but after that everything was smooth and the place suited us perfectly

Great location for Skiing Big Sky

Great condo for a budget group. Awesome location to the poma lift to get to the base village. Walked to the base for dinner as well! Good amenities for a group looking for a convenient place to stay on a budget. Would stay again!

Nice place

Comfortable, plenty of room and the pictures were accurate. Kitchen was well-equipped, and it was great to have the entry to store our boots and gear and the garage to store skis. Communication with the management company was challenging - it took several days to get an answer to each of three messages (one the day before we arrived, one about 2 days in, and one a day or two before leaving), and by the time we got the answers, we’d already had to figure something out ourselves. Fairly minor issues though, so we still had a great ski trip, and we’d stay here again.

Great location

Excellent in just about every way. Awesome location for skiing. Plenty of space. Responsive management. One note to anyone staying here, the one car garage is tight. Most vehicles will fit, but it’s very tight. We had to move the garbage cans to on top of the wood pile in order for the vehicle to fit. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect and affordable stay to ski in and out of the best mountain!

Absolutely loved the property location, kitchen and dining space, and fire place! Will come back again. Toiletries and kitchen amenities all there. Nice having laundry as well

Great access to skiing

We had a great family trip. The property was in good condition. The three bedrooms housed our family of 6 well for the week. Garage is very small and barely fits the rental minivan we had. Anything larger has to park outside. The home seemed mildly dated in terms of kitchen and bathrooms but had most of what we needed to make some at home meals. I’d advise going to the grocery store in Bozeman before heading to the resort area if you’re cost conscious. Overall the house was a fair value for what got. However Big Sky resort skiing itself was very pricey compared to our past ski trips to Tahoe and Steamboat springs. But that’s nothing to do with this property.

Location great! Condo clean and comfortable!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Layout of condo was great for our group, beds were comfortable (and I am very picky!), kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bed linens and towels, even detergent pods to wash clothes. Had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels, though. Location was very close to poma lift! Would stay here again!

Beautiful

Loved the stay. We were here in mid-October, got stuck in a little snow storm but loved the comfort and amenities of the unit.

Okay place, walking distance to a T bar lift

Came out for ski trip with friends. Place was clean and had advertised number of beds. Owner did not respond to multiple attempts of communication on a few issues. Lacked basic essentials such as toilet paper, a sponge, etc.

Great Big Sky location!

The location for this property was amazing. 2 min walk to poma lift or about 10 min to mountain village. Unit was clean and bit dated but everything worked well. Lacking a few kitchen basics (like salt) but overall was well taken care of. Heat worked great no need to use the wood stove but was nice option to have. Garage is quite small so if you have a larger SUV or truck I doubt it would fit but we had plenty of parking on street.

Great Location

This was our second trip out to Big Sky and first time staying in this community. We couldn't have been more pleased with it's location. It was a short walk to the nearest lift to start your day out or just an 8 minute walk up to the base. The wood burning fireplace kept us warm and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials needed to cook a meal. We would definitely stay there again.

Poor parking for two cars master bedroom tv didn’t work it was broken from week before was supposed to be fixed on first day but they came third day but couldn’t make it work Would not stay there again
