"Everything about our stay was absolutely fabulous. Eric truly goes out of his way to make everything perfect, and everyone feel welcome. We especially enjoyed breakfast, which was delicious every day, and the hot tub is a don’t miss as well. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Big Water, you found it! Thanks again, Eric!"

"Great room with balcony and view of dam. Also hot tub and pool."

"Property location is very ideal and we could see the stars clearly in a clear night. Very spacious and clean, will love to come back."

"Room needed a little maintenance especially in the bathroom. Holes in the bathroom underneath the mirror. Bracket on the wall for the hair dryer broken. Rush on hinges. Water damage on the decor."

"Helpful and friendly reception. Rooms were clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast was good."

"I was unaware that there was construction being done on the third floor when I made the reservations. There were workers staying at the facility and plaster dust on the rugs. They were in the dining room and sometimes had their phones on facetime and it was loud. They were all very nice however. There was "no smoking within 50 feet" of the doors, however there were cigarette butts in the grooves between the pavers just outside the front doors the whole week we were there. Breakfast was so so....

"The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. The laminate floors in the room are better than carpet. Would stay here again."

"Great location"

"There were bugs in our room and bed . Hotel would not refund our stay or do anything for us since we booked through Expedia. Of course I cannot speak to a customer service representative so I cannot get any help"
