"The room was very small for two people. The staff were excellent, location interesting. My only complaint was there seemed to be no sound proofing, we could clearly hear what was going on in adjoining rooms and the dinging of elevator during the evening."

"The staff had a poor attitude. We waited for almost 3 hours, nearly midnight, just for the air conditioner to be repaired, and they offered no better solution until we requested a different room, assured us it was fine, or a refund. However, the staff's response was unsatisfactory. Finally, we were only able to shower at midnight and went to bed at 12:30 AM. I think the hotel should review its staff's attitude and check rooms before guests arrive. This made me unhappy and I will not return."

"Having our own pool was amazing and it was cleaned everyday by a very pleasant happy man who made it sparkle. The staff at reception were fantastic, the fresh fruit at breakfast was delicious, and we were looked after by the staff and tried some lovely meals at the restaurant.
