"The gym wasnt there, the lighting in the room was awful, the shower was not good , gave me a r[m someone was already in i used the key and ended up walking into a room that someone was already in . Super embarrassing. The bed had a lump in the middle of it ."

"I have stayed at this location 14 times over the last year. The last 3 times I get assigned a room and have had to return to the desk for a new room. From broken toilet to not having a sofa bed as requested to non working tv. The past trip was told to step out of line while they checked others in. So after a 9 hour drive with a 4 year old who was tired and hungry, we sat and watched 11 others check in before finally getting a room. "

"The staff that checked us in was short and snippy. Turned the corner down the hall and immediately smelled Marijuana (this was every time we walked by). Got up to our room and immediately noticed stains on our bed linens. Called down to ask them to please come change the linens and they said they would. An hour and a half later, still nothing so we called again and she sent someone up to change the linens. There was hair and dirt all over the baseboards in the bathroom, around the toilet, yellow stain in front of the fridge. "
