795 Sq Ft 1BR apartment in a newly built building located within walking distance of the beach! Very eco-friendly modern space that is sure to feel like a home away from home! Designated parking space just for your stay. Washer and dryer included in the unit! The entire apartment is constructed to be handicap accessible, including the shower, and there is a designated handicap parking space for the guests who need it.

This apartment is located within a newly built complex that has been repurposed for short term stays/corporate rentals. The neighborhood is within walking distance of Biloxi Beach and consists of many shops and dining options nearby.

This places was exactly like the picture. Also, the host was amazing, she answered all my questions

This place was so nice. The host was great. We decided to stay an extra night at this place so I messaged her and she was quick to respond and set us up for a longer stay. We will be coming back to stay at this place.

Great location and quiet. Only downfall was door was hard to unlock. But, owner was called and very helpful. No problems after lock reset. Shower was not cleaned from previous tenant. Hair left on shower floor. No handles r places to put your things in shower. Looks they are still remodeling bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Could invest in new pillows. I would stay again!

Quick getaway

First days of summer break for a tired teacher. The apartment complex looks brand new. The rental wad perfect for the two of us. Short walk to the beach! Great trip!

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed this place. The apartment/condo was very very nice and everything was as listed. Just be aware if you are booking during the second weekend of April, there is a HUGE city wide event and it is with in walking distance of this event so parking and traffic is very very hectic. They DO try to make sure that it’s only tenets parking in the parking lot as best possible. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Our stay was excellent, very clean, quiet, and close to the beach. There was one minor problem... the parking. There was a manlift taking up two parking sports for our apartment complex. Our last night there, when we got to the apartment, there were no spaces available except for 2 handicap spots. We were staying in a handicap apartment, so we park in one of them and had a note the next morning that we had taken up a handicap space. Maybe they should have apartment numbers in the parking spots that belong to the apartment.

The apartment was immaculate and smelled so good. We had everything we needed from cookware to spices to soaps furnished. Property manager, Debbie, replied very quickly to each email. Would absolutely recommend and stay there again. Its conveniently located right across HWY 90 to the beach.

Perfection!

This unit was perfect! Very clean, stocked with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Very quiet location but still close to Hwy 90. Ample parking. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very prompt with responses. I hope this unit is available for my next trip to Biloxi!!! I will definitely check here first before looking elsewhere!

The property was very clean and looked like it was recently built. The complex was easy to get to with the directions given very close to the beach and other attractions. The description stated sleeps four. There was a queen size bed and an air mattress which had an air pump with dead batteries. Which forced my 6 year old to sleep with us because we thought of letting him sleep on the couch but then we sat on the couch and it was the hardest sofa I’ve ever sat on. The WiFi in the home is spotty so weak it doesn’t even work in the balcony. None of my apps in tried to use on the tv worked because of the internet. I feel the floors could have been cleaner or at least provide a broom and mop in the unit. Also needed more pillows and maybe chairs for the patio we just so happens to have chairs because we brought our own for the beach. Also maybe a rug by the shower would help with the water that comes out while showering we had to put a towel down each time to keep the floor from getting wet. All together it was a descent stay for what we needed it for. And I would probably stay again.

Cleanliness

This is our third year here in this same apartment. The location is great. But the cleanliness of the floors could be better. There were bottle caps, toothpicks, candy wrappers and thick dust under the couch, looks like the furnitue wasnt moved to clean floors. Also my husband walked from the bathroom after his shower to the living room and his feet were black. I took a wet paper towel and wiped the floor in a circle....OMG, it was filthy. The shower had mold in the corners and along parts of the floor where it meets the wall. It did smelled clean when we got there, but started noticing things apparently arent being sanitized like it should!
