"What an amazing time we had at the Villa! Stunning place with beautiful rustic charm and a great pool and grounds. The bathrooms have recently been renovated and the bedrooms have a lovely rustic, old school appeal. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering great outdoor BBQ and the major supermarkets are only a 5min drive away. Great driving distance to all of the island too. The host was fantastic, very quick to sort out minor issues and made sure our stay wasn't affected, great communication in English and Spanish. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again! "

"Lovely stay. Our room had beautiful views, great for a relaxing time away. The town of Consell is within walking distance so made for a nice little venture out each day. Ate at the hotel restaurant a few times and the food was amazing. Special mention to Toni who served us lots of times during our stay, he was so helpful and friendly and couldnt do enough for you. Hoping to book again for next year we loved it there so much. "

"Son Real House is very autentic old Stone House. Fantastic views from the terrasse. Well it is informed that there is a dog and cats on the property, but not that they are staying inside! When Said dog is so nice. It is a must to have a car, as next bigger supermarked is in Inca. Also to g’et rit of trash to deposit is 3 km. Other than that a fantastic pool area and soroundings. "

"We greatly enjoyed our weeklong stay at the villa. The property is well maintained and clean and offered plenty of space for our group to enjoy our time together. We cooked most of our meals at the villa and the kitchens are very well equipped for meal prep. A couple of small notes - (1) we stayed for about a week with mild weather (didn't use much AC) and our electricity usage was about 2x the included consumption with the booking. If we were there in peak summer, we'd have used a lot more and might have been surprised by the costs as this is not something I have encountered with other bookings. (2) the cost of the villa is relatively high and they assume you can pay by bank transfer (IBAN) - which as an non-European, I cannot. So I paid by credit card, which was initially rejected by their payment processor. I figured out that this was due to the size of the transaction - I broke the payment into three smaller amounts and it worked. But I assumed that a highly managed property like this would have been more seamless for payment - I cannot have been the first person booking a 1 week stay from outside Europe - but the team didn't know why my payments were not working.Other than these two small issues - the stay was wonderful! "

"The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. Easy to find, a great base and also perfect for chilling by the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants a short drive. Loved the resident cat and chickens that roam around. A car is essential for staying here. Loads of hot water for showers. The beds were comfortable, kitchen really well equipped and plenty of board games. We did have a lot of mosquito bites which is obviously not the property fault but bring plenty of repellent. It is a perfect base for large family, extended family or a group of friends. I’d highly recommend. A few comments that might help improve. We didn’t realise the remotes in the bedrooms were for the fan until the last night, we though they were for the air conditioning, So some instructions would help! We were concerned that the check in instructions we received said that we would receive the code 15 min before check in…..I was not happy to leave home without it incase I had no internet but when I emailed it was sent straight to me. The week we were going we had read a lot about some Spanish holiday homes been shut with immediate effect so we’re very alarmed to receive a call as we were loading the car to leave the UK telling us we had to vacate the property immediately. Panic set in until we worked out we had been called in error and it was the guest who were leaving the day we were arriving that should have been called! It did cause us some panic. All in all a really enjoyable place "

"Leider mussten wir diverse Mängel feststellen. Der Pool war ausser Betrieb und mit schmutzigem Restwasser gefüllt. Auch ist die Pellet-Heizung ausgestiegen. Als Ersatz gab es Heizstrahler und ein Holz-Cheminée, welche aber dazu führten, dass die Elektrizität regelmässig ausstieg und das Haus nach Rauch gestunken hat. Das Haus war staubig, die Böden z.B. unter den Betten sowie die Fenster schmutzig. Mein Partner und ich hatten beide Stiche, welche eindeutig nicht von Mücken stammten. Wir vermuten Bettwanzen, da wir dieses Problem schon mal hatten. Schade, denn das Haus wäre für uns Radfahrer sehr gut gelegen, sonnig/hell und bietet die nötige Privatheit. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche ist - mit Ausnahme - von "Puffschubladen" i.O. In diesem Haus sollte man mal entrümpeln, dann wäre auch die Sauberkeit besser zu gewährleisten."
