Due to the staggered structure of the house, you will find a kitchen basically equipped with wood oven and ceramic hob, as well as a dining room on floor -1. The ground floor is divided into a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, a comfortable living room with Smart TV and access to the pool. On this floor there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Because Binissalem is close to the Tramuntana mountains, it is ideal for hiking and cycling. The two fireplaces cannot be used.
