Amazing getaway

Super friendly and very helpful staff which made it a great holiday. Lagoon was great with lots of different activities. Tents were really nice and clean and loved the outdoor private bathrooms

Excellent Family Resort with tons of activities

My family had a blast at Natra Bintan. This resort is very family friendly, all the staff are very polite and helpful. We signed up the kids activities package with Treasure Bay, if you are hotel guest, you will enjoy 20% off discount which is a really good deal as you can utilize the voucher for 2 days span. We also love the food at the hotel, kids eat for free and there is a good variety of choices. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely revisit again in the near future.

Really nice tents and great service. The area is very quiet and there aren’t any other dining options other than the hotel, but they will take you to the nearest beach in a free shuttle and there are some options there.

The tents were great and very comfortable but the resort itself has limited dining options and there is no real swimming pool or beach (the laggin area is not open for swimming). The service was a bit slow but the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a good stay. Very friendly staff and excellent services especially at the restaurant and bar. Condition of the room is a bit run down. Otherwise, all good.

Natra Bintan is a very nice resort with nice crystal lagoon. The staffs there were amazing. Rooms were cozy and aircon was very cooling as the weather outside was extremely hot. The walk to Treasure Bintan activity centre was quite a distance to walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Natra Bintan and we would definitely choose Natra Bintan again. It’s near to BBT ferry terminal.

We booked 2 rooms at Natra Bintan with pool view, very beautiful place and well maintained! There is only one restaurant in Natra Bintan, of course you can get a buggy to go to another resort for food but must say restaurant at Natra Bintan is the better one. Free transport to-and-fro ferry terminal makes the stay very convenient and stressless! No need to bring cash, everything can be charged to the room or credit card. We enjoyed the stay there.

Glamping as convenient as you like. It’s like camping in one’s living room except that it’s wide space near a man made lake with an activities center. Too bad the kid is 3 and so not able to partake all, will be back!

Relaxing Resort Stay

We love the lagoon at Treasure Bay. The hotel rooms are not the standard hotel types. We love the set up. There is nothing nearby hotel so it’s a good place to get away from crowd. U can dine in the resort restaurant or another one at Ammon hoyle just next door. The staff are superb friendly and helpful. U can be ferry by bungee if u don’t want to walk too much.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. While booking expedient showed picture which don't dipict of what we got as booking, in picture it was showing indoor bath tub jacuzzi but in reality it was outdoor whirlpool. We find it was kind of entrapment, but staff was very helpful and help us to upgrade at discounted price. Was disappointed with expedia blindsiding us but at least hotel staff tried their best but it cost us more than we committed while booking.
