"I actually like everything: clean, beautiful, with a lot of entertainment for kids as well as adults. Nice sea, very clean and not too shallow. Good food, kind and helpful staff. "This is our second visit and we plan to come again next year. We really enjoy the location, rooms & friendliness of the staff - we felt the service was personalised and sincere. The dining experience was wonderful location however the quality of the food (being taste) was inconsistent between different choices particularly around meat dishes being a little dry and sometimes undercooked. We had stayed the previous week at Hotel Intercontinental Westlake in Hanoi where the food was 5 star plus so...
