Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving.

"The staff at the ferry terminal pick up and concierge are very helpful. I don’t remember all the names but Ode helped us with the bags while we cycled to the hotel.
Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many.

"Amazing stay, friendly staff, clean room. Beautiful environments, especially the restaurant area close to the water. Even though it was low season and few people we still got immediate help to get on a snorkeling tour. We also had fun with the ping pong table and good encounters with the manager."

All the dept have the synergy to updates guest what happening at the hotel.Thanks millions to all the team to made my husband birthday memorable ones. From hotel Manager, Mr Omas and his Team at Front office who helped us with a few arrangement for our needs in hotel and the Bintan day Tour. Mr. Gin from Angsana Spa with his warm and friendly personality assist us with spa booking. Restaurant asst. Manager( sorry i forgot the name) who always have smile and shared passionately about Banyan CSR with the nature and Nadyn the friendly and cheerful service crew. Mr. Edy from Housekeeping with his polite and always make sure the rooms are clean . Lastly Banyantree spa receptionist, May and our therapist Rose, Thalia and Rina thank you for wonderful treatment with your excellent skills.

"Great stay for families. Kids club could have a bit more inside but fantastic playground. A la carte options at restaurant would be the only main thing to add otherwise fantastic renovation and vacation spot. We will visit again. "
