Villa Alba is a historic gem in the classic seaside resort style, located on Binz's promenade – just steps from the pier.

The apartment overlooks the historic center of Binz. It offers a spacious living room with a sofa and armchair, a flat-screen TV (cable), free Wi-Fi, and a small kitchenette (with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, two-burner cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). The dining table can be extended if needed. The southeast-facing balcony, comfortably furnished with a sun lounger, table, and chairs, is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Looking to the left from the balcony, you'll catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea at the end of the promenade. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and a wardrobe. The lovely bathroom includes a shower, toilet, washbasin, towel warmer, and hairdryer.

A fully made-up travel cot can be booked for a one-time fee of €25. A highchair is available free of charge upon request.

Parking at the house can be booked for an additional €15 per night.

Bicycles can be locked behind the house.

Four bakeries with pleasant dining areas for breakfast, as well as a bicycle rental shop, are located near Villa Alba.
