The beautiful Villa Strandburg, with its historic facade, is located directly on the beach – on the pedestrianized Binz beach promenade. You have direct access to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach right in front of the building.

The lovely holiday apartment 9 has two balconies – a side balcony facing the sea and another large sun balcony. Both balconies are accessible from the living room.

A washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee (coin-operated).

After a long walk on the beach, you can relax in the building's sauna (coin-operated).

The apartment is easily accessible by elevator on the first floor.

An underground parking space can be booked upon request (additional charge).
