I will always double check as I check in at the desk from now on. The room was great and the staff was accommodating when I pointed out the discrepancy! Very professional!!! Great experience! "As soon as we walked into the lodge we knew we were in for a wonderful weekend. The place was gorgeous and spotless! The couch and beds were super comfy. The fire pit was perfect and we enjoyed morning coffee on the wrap around porch. The lake was very quiet. Cell service and WiFi were great. We stayed here for CMU parents weekend and the location to Mount Pleasant was convenient. The basement space with a pull out couch was perfect for our daughter to come stay for a night. Jeannie and her house manager were easy to communicate with. Looking forward to a future stay. "

"Very nice property! The beds were very comfortable. Loved hearing the river while having coffee on the deck. Very well stocked with anything you any have forgot. Kitchen is stocked well also. Will definitely stay again! "

"We had an awesome time at this property. The kitchen was well set up and provided good protection from rain. The double bed mattress is comfy memory foam. Not a lot of space in the bedroom for bags/extras so pack light! We struggled to find firewood so bring your own or go to The Dairy Doo or Gib’s locally. The property is fun to wander but doesn’t really have actual trails. We used the grill, coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge and it was perfect to make simple meals. We recommend for a glamping experience!! "
