"Room was clean and comfortable and came with everything we needed including a small kitchenette and a pull out sofa bed as well as the main bed. The lady on reception who checked us in was lovely and helpful and was giving out free shots to the adults staying that were attending the Yungblud concert. Breakfast was available to book (we didn’t use it this time) and drinks were available at the bar. Utilita are a was a short easy 10 minute walk away and prices were reasonable. I would stay again."

"Room was advertised as having a view. It didn't. It faced the taxi rank and a building. The room has no views. False advertising. The car park is hard to find and tiny. Don't take a big car, it's hard to get out of. Room was adequate but only water in the fridge. I've had better. Bathroom was tiny and no free bits and bobs as other hotels. Would have thought better of a Hilton Hotel. That said the staff were great. Showed me other rooms all with the same no view, but they tried. (has bugged me that advert) food and drinks were great and the pillows were nice. Location is perfect for the utilita or a night out. "

"We had a lovely stay after being let down by another hotel! Customer service was second to none, location was excellent, central to everything. Very comfortable, clean and brekkie had lots of variety and good quality!"

"So we turned up to be told that the air conditioning had been Brocken for at least two weeks and our room was like a sauna. We were taken to our room as we would be prepared to stay but it really was so hot that we couldn’t breathe . Why weren’t we told of this before hand ? The girl on reception was very helpful and advised us and helped find an alternative accommodation and sent an email to hotels.com explaining the situation. None of this was our fault. Finally somebody from hotels. Com phoned us at 10pm but by then we were in the utilita arena at a concert so couldn’t possibly hear . We were then called back at 2.30am can you imagine what went through our heads at that time of night especially with frail elderly parents . WE managed to phone you back at 9.30am and got cut off before we could speak to anyone . This is very concerning and in my opinion very unprofessional. We have also been left out of pocket for something that was completely out of our control and could have easily been sorted out before hand …..,,,,"

"The location and hotel were perfect. Very clean and very good customer service. Breakfast included gluten free options which is rare. Would definitely recommend."
