Amazing view! Great location!

The house is in a great location. The deck is huge and has amazing views down to the river. We saw deer at dusk both evenings we were here. Kitchen was well equipped and home has been recently renovated.

Great house for a quick getaway. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to the area. The views off the back of the house are beautiful! Host is very helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely rent again when visiting Birmingham.

Great house with an amazing view. The property manager wasn’t kidding when he said you will see deer in the mornings. Great location with lots of food and shopping within 10 mins. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Pictures don't do this place justice!!!! Beautiful, relaxing property!!! Its so close to everything but it feels like you're in the country! Walton was wonderful to work with and so accommodating We stay in the area a lot due to our daughter playing softball at UAB and this property is definitely our favorite!!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The kitchen is wonderful. The view is amazing. The towels were top notch. The floor plan was where you could be alone reading a book or where everyone can be together. High end appliances and very clean. We can’t wait to go back and stay longer.

Hidden Gem: A Peaceful Retreat with Stunning Views and Unbeatable Convenience!

I was a little hesitant to book this house since it didn’t have any reviews, but as a new listing, it turned out to be a hidden gem! The location was absolutely perfect for my needs—super convenient to my warehouse and my new store, @collected_forthehome, in Irondale. It was also incredibly easy to get to downtown Birmingham and extremely convenient to The Summit, which made shopping and dining effortless.The house itself exceeded my expectations. The views of the river were stunning, and waking up to deer in the mornings was such a peaceful way to start the day. The interior was beautifully decorated—modern, clean, and fresh, yet still warm and inviting. Everything was spotless, and it’s clear the owners put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and relaxing space.This property would also be ideal for anyone heading to Tuscaloosa for a game. It’s close enough for an easy drive but far enough away to offer a quiet, peaceful retreat.I couldn’t have been happier with my stay and will definitely be booking this property again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful and comfortable home in a really great location, with close access to so many shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores and even fishing opportunities. Great gas prices within 5 miles of this home.Owner was very pleasant to communicate with upon our arrival. We had no issues while we were there so I really can't say anything regarding his attentiveness to issues. Although I do think that not having any issues speaks volumes in regards to his care of the home. He is doing some remodeling in some areas and because the home was so beautiful as it was we hope that sometime after the remodel is complete, we will be able to come back and visit and just see how much more beautiful the home is. The best part of the whole experience was standing out on the back deck looking down on the Cahaba River and over the trees to the mountains in the area but far better than that was enjoying the deer that was walking through the backyard close to the river.
