A dedicated working desk provides a comfortable workspace. The apartment also includes a private parking space. The open-plan living area is furnished with a plush sofa, perfect for both short and extended stays.



Guest Access:

You will receive check-in information 24 hours prior to check-in. It is a self-check in procedure and access is via lockbox. The latest time you will receive support for check in is 9pm on the day of arrival, instructions and information will not be sent out after this time if the requested forms/payment have not been completed.

Solihull train station is a mere 8-minute walk, connecting you effortlessly to the wider region. For entertainment, the NEC is a quick 15-minute drive, ideal for events and shows. Escape the hustle and bustle with a visit to Brueton Park, just over a mile away, where you can enjoy a conservation area, tennis courts, a serene lake, and a playground. The park is a perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.



Getting Around:

This apartment offers excellent transport links. Solihull Station is just a 1-minute walk away, providing direct train access to Birmingham City Centre in approximately 10 minutes and to London in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Solihull town centre is also a short 10-minute walk. Free parking is available on-site, giving you multiple options for reaching your destinations.
